What do you like best about the product?
Versatile nature of Automation anywhere is one of the key stage stoppers among the RPA platform.
It's user friendly and vast range of options to detect/capture/extract data and the drag and drop functionality makes user adapt very easily to its automating nature.

What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere should focus now more on providing more options on different platform based automation like legacy systems/SAP/OCR which currently it lacks.
AA should also expand its scripting and macro facilities by supporting different scripting languages so that it becomes more reliable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used AA to automate many process across different line of business for ex: Pharmaceuticals, Airlines, Banking, Logistics.. to automate many process including data extraction, reporting, account processing, user onboarding, ticket generation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Expect a feature packed automating package with a very user friendly interface.
Very good experience using Automation Anywhere for automating very easy and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Object cloning command, REST services, Metabots are the best they almost solve your all issues. Theses 3 are very useful and be used every now and then.
What do you dislike about the product?
OCR, although it's a different technology which is still under development but then since we have that option user starts thinking that it will give the desired results which is not the case and sometimes we have to face the consequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have worked on lots of different type of use cases from automating outlook, to excel to SAP to salesforce, to almost every application which the need is for.

No manual intervention in 90-95% of times.

No mundane mistakes, can work round the clock, 365 days without a holiday.

I would recommend Automation Anywhere to be used in almost everything apart from Image based use cases wherein you need to extract text from image apart from that AA supports most of the applications.

The web based interface is easy to use and visually appealing. The command buttons for developing processes can be learnt easily by even a non-technical person.

Nothing in particular. The web based interface has made it possible to develop automated bots a delightful experience.

As an automation engineer I would love to automated Functional or Regression test cases is very comfortable in AA and also it saves ample amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automating Citrix test cases is quite complicated.

What do you like best about the product?
The most amazing part of the tool is the in-built control functions. It can be used for any general purpose / user specific automation step. The action specific triggers feature also helps to automate the daily routine tasks like a piece of cake.
What do you dislike about the product?
This Tool requires more and more actions for multiple user specific tasks.

I am able to convert the daily routine tasks that involves downloading attachment from mail and combine the excel data and email to different group into a single self triggered automation task.

Little bit expensive but as the features the cost is feasible

What do you like best about the product?
Best part is it reduced human or manual intervention a drastic bare minimum level. Talking about my personal experience with RPA, 95% of my tasks are automated, which allows me to be more productive in other fields
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very less things to dislike about RPA, but personally i feel that the code should be more user friendly like anyone who would have a 1st hand experience into automation starting from scratch and choosing RPA should be able to learn in 1-2 attempts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As said earlier about my personal experience with RPA, 95% of my tasks are automated, which allows me to be more productive in other fields. So problem such as automatic tickets assignment as per roster scheduled, etc. are solved very easily.
