Works to automate report creation
What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to pick up data from enterprise systems to create executive reports in Excel workbooks. The input reports come in Excel and CSV file formats.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment still have not found a reason to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frees up staff time creating manual and repetitive steps so that they can use their time analyzing data.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the RPA best because it helps to automate repetitive task which would eliminate monotonous manual work which is prone to manual errors. It increase the process throughput, faster the process, eliminate the manual error, decrease the cost of additional staff to do the work, increase the productivity and quick turn around time, add business value and easy maintainable
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime end users don't prefer to learn new process of automation and receive a push back to continue with existing process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used in the health care for pre authorization approval process. Providers submit service authorization request which need to be reviewed and make a decision on the request. Current process was manual review and make a decision. With automation it helps as below:
1- Faster review and approval process
2-Lower the manual review staff cost
3-Process is streamlined and improved accuracy and efficiency
4-Increased provider satisfaction due to less turn around time
5-Increated business value as it lowers hiring nurses and doctors for manual review and improved speed and output of review
6-Lower maintenance as decision rules are easily maintained centrally as compared to existing cumbersome rule maintenance manually

Straightforward to understand and manage bots and schedules.
What do you like best about the product?
The layout of the UI keeps the bot development simple and easy to navigate. Passing variables between tasks is very simple as well, speaking as someone transitioning from a web developer into an RPA developer, the university features everything you need to get started, and the support pages answer a lot of questions you have at the start. The online support team are also very helpful. Managing bot schedules, user accounts, credential values, etc, is very simple and straightforward within the online Control Panel environment. and with 2019, being able to access the control panel from any browser is going to prove very helpful, especially if we have to test a long running bot on the machine and still need something to continue working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found that some of the tools can be a bit finicky at times, such as the Object Cloning tools, and can take some time to configure to work properly, and sometimes can work fine one day, but then not the next, which often leads to a lot of maintenance being required on existing bots. Some advice on how to make the OC tools more robust would go a long way. There is also a common problem whereby the facility that handles uploading to the repository, as well as downloading from the repository, often gives warnings of changes between live and online versions of tasks, but when we compare the 2 versions, they are exactly the same, which leads to time loss as we review our code to make sure nothing else has been going on during the development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
thanks to AA, after nearly 2 years of development and with a very small development team of 2, we've been able to save the company thousands of hours, and nearly £250k+ in efficiency savings alone, whilst giving valuable time back to our advisors and front facing staff members.

Definitely worth investing in and trialling, but be sure to allocate time and resource for maintenance and support

What do you like best about the product?
The scalability factor in the software. Being a small company it will allow us to scale upwards OR downwards at the flip of a switch. Very instrumental for us in combining our systems and growing as a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Prior to getting into this space I vastly underestimated the effect of human interaction involved from the maintenance perspective.
Just like any automation software you can never account for changes in the system/process made by other individuals. It has been quite the process for getting user buy in and understanding the benefits of the platform. And when they do start to understand, there are other hurdles such as process owners. But I think this has more to do with company culture rather than the software itself.

The problems we are solving is exactly what RPA was designed for. Eliminating user involvement in repetitive/tedious tasks. It really is interesting to see how the benefits evolve over time and seeing additional value that is being created, such as refocusing that time in other problem areas.

There are some scenario which we won't be able to automate for that manual effort is needed.

Daily basis track by automating apps and modules and keep track of them when ever required rather than doing manual testing of all those scenarios

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere always tries to build useful and advanced software products that can can help us in reducing risks in digital tasks of our projects. It helps us in business related problems in our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think we can neglect minory problems of RPA. Because, it has huge benefits like scalability and compatibility, best customer experience etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using RPA, we create a software robot for our software project where the robot is used for navigation purpose to every nook and corner of our project and website.

I would recommend this to all software companies who wish use it for software robot purpose.
Minimal cost and rick in component tool.

Ease of drag and drop with Cloud portal access. with cloud we dont have to access the code from a single machine. This helps in ease to move code. We can review the code anywhere without any extra software to install.
However to run the code we will need the runner to be connected with the cloud to run it.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are lot of bugs in terms of feature in the feature set. I have been using AA19 since past 5 months and see lot of issues with the feature set like AiSense. Recorder is the major part of any automation tool, where this lags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More over on the Finance side, invoice processing, stock reconciliation, order placement.
We are more concentrating on the finance part of the automation as thats where huge vallue of revenue come from and is posted to.

Support is most important for the a tool, and AA is good in that, they provide timely support and try to solve all the issues which are raised by the user.
On feature set the tool is filled with feature set, bot cognitive and Ui automation, both are possible with this.
On control room: you have a designated control room which comes with developer and runner
Overall AA 19 is a goof tool to go with

Best Automation Software and My experience with AA
What do you like best about the product?
AUTOMATION ANYWHERE- which is the best Robotic Process Automation Software which I have used and learnt within a month. It's easy to learn and understand and very fast to automate our repetitive tasks which are automatically done by the software. So making the tedious tasks into easy tasks can done by AUTOMATION ANYWHERE.
What do you dislike about the product?
AUTOMATION ANYWHERE is having good features and only thing I disliked is it's cost but compared to other RPA tools, it was lot better. And it's certification exam is little bit tougher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to give replies to the business emails and not needed to reply by any individual. We can keep queue and scheduling tasks according to our requirements. Prioritising tasks and projects that need to type or converting documents into other formats.

For the firms those looking for automating daily tasks like email handling, files handling and collecting data.

I believe the most powerful element of RPA is how it acts as a catalyst for other emerging technologies to be used and the use of AI and ML in the RPA AA platform is going to be a tremendous change in the IT industry.

What do you dislike about the product?
Few packages in A2019 like the SAP package which is not worked properly when I used it in my POC but it worked properly in V11. This gap has to be resolved ASAP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Chat BOT integration with AA and using this combination lots of benefits comes up. Users can chat with BOT from anywhere on any device and trigger the BOT to automate the further processes. This will improve the mobility and scalability of the solution to a great extent.
