Automation Anywhere is a unique RPA tool
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud-native automation (RPA-as-a-service) with easy-to-use, intelligent automation capabilities to automate and digitize your business processes at scale is a crucial aspect of this digital transformation journey. This platform is easiest to use, supports to avoid complexity and ensures fast adoption & rapid deployment. It not only fulfills the requirement of the digital workforce but also be flexible to evolve with the business needs. The OCR application is excellent and has helped resolve many issues that I had been facing. From a developer perspective, the user interface is user-friendly and easy to use. At the most granular level, automating people's daily tasks has been helpful by freeing them up to do higher value-add activities, which is definitely beneficial. Process inVision helped to document the process. With this solution, I was able to record the process just once and then convert & share the entire process captured in a video, storyboard, PDF or PPT. I would say the entire Automation Anywhere RPA functionality is the most valuable part of the product because it helps me to automate the mundane interpretative task.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training materials should be more accessible and the forums could be better. They lack a better form to overcome any technical difficulties.

We can traverse between object cloning, which is the lowest form of cloning to a stroke-based cloning, which is like taking care of each keystroke-level which is made by the agent.

--> The best thing about Automation Anywhere platform is that any Organization can automate its processes in no time with less human efforts.
--> The platform UI is user friendly and it doesn't require any programming language understanding. Also any non-technical person can start learn and build their first bot in just a couple of days of training from AA portal.
--> It offers a lot of products under one roof- Taskbots, Bot Insights, Metabots, IQBots, etc. Multiple departments like HR, FINANCE, SALES, OPERATIONS etc can use that tool.
--> It is a low maintenance platform as most of things are automatic. It saves a lot of human effort and time.
--> You can design your own bots for your business which can reduce your human efforts in connecting with your potential customers.
--> Most importantly with AA you don't have to worry about safety of our information as it has a top notch security.

There are very few things like the expensive licence, and slow support. Also sometimes it doesn't supports the Google Chrome browser. Rest is good.

I recommend definitely go with Automation Anywhere especially in a scenario where you want to automate any Business Process. It supports almost all kind of Automation area.

What do you dislike about the product?
Error handling, runtime execution and variable operations was much user friendly in AA v11
There is no session creation command in excel operations, every time we have to create a session we have to open the excel file first.
Also the Control room features can be improved as it contains too many roles which results a bit of confusion to the end user.
In the A2019 too many variable types, Cant show number variable in message box.

Developed bots for PO verifications and payments, Invoice checks, Telecommunication, Finance reconciliation process, Reporting process, Human resource processes and process related to Insurance and Finance.

AA RPA is a great product. We are using it in a banking environment to automate credit risk reporting to our BPM. The system works flawlessly.

AA is not available for AIX / Linux platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Mainly the features of A2019 are so good compared to the prior versions. It has all the components to build a robust automation solution to any manual task which is feasible for automation. Especially when processing the invoices via IQBot, the results are accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much drawbacks I observed except OCR and NLP APIs. IQ Bot also have some drawbacks in misclassifying the documents

The main benefits are the ROI and the FTE saving. The problems are mainly the SAP tasks, Invoice processing. Along with those, some of the web based applications also I automated

Being the Leader in the Robotics automation industry, it is well accepted by the large global customers. Automation anywhere's ability to come with upgraded products and innovative solutions at regular intervals makes the real difference to the customer experience. At the end of the day, it is no surprise that, the company being a leader in both offfice and industrial automation side.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reducing the set up costs and scalable reduction in pricing. Reducing the license fees based on Number of licenses or enterprise lilcensing solution will enable mass deployment of the RPA. If there are self help features by which deployment would be easier is most welcome. This would reduce the consulting costs which is the sizeable chunk as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better customer experience and ability to resolve sensitive customer requirements timely and to their satisfaction. Customer expects quick deployment of the solutions so that, their hard pressing process challenges are addressed in a timely manner and they move ahead. Therefore, innovative solutions with flexibility for adoption are the key. Therefore, an application's ability to do plug and play features and it's ability to operate in multiple ERP environment is the need of the day. In addtion, data security features, working in secured environment and personal data security, reliability of the application to provide consistent results in an attended or non attended environment are all essential ingredients for a successful deployment and for better customer experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere tool can automate ends to end business operations for companies and it ensures real-time analytics and reports. Since it automates complex business operations, human errors are reduced to a large extent and It ensures bank-grade security. Processes that have a high frequency of occurrence, as well as high-transaction volumes, are ideal candidates for RPA as the technology will greatly reduce (or, in most cases, eliminate) human error involved with manually processing the sheer volume. Reducing error also reduces risk.
What do you dislike about the product?
RPA does not do this. RPA cannot think or act for itself in the same way as AI. It does not replace these traditionally “human” capabilities.

I'm working on web automation and excel ,OCR operations and the benefits I realized are as follows.

The best feature i like about automation anywhere is the virtual workforce we can create with automation anywhere to automate from anything to anything also the way it handles unstructured data is best.

There is no particular thing i disliked about Automation Anywhere, as everything is working perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can solve many business problems, which are feasible to automate across different industries like shopping, finance, bank, insurance, BPO, etc. I solved business processes like Cost Sheet Creation, Payroll Processing, Account Payable, Email Automation, etc. using automation anywhere, the thing i found really helpful is the courses available before using handson.

What do you like best about the product?
Well the best part of RPA - Automation Anywhere is the platform to learn which gives a real time exposure about how to make bots and analyze on different use cases which makes it further easier for one to get accustomed to the environment and prepare for the certifications. The RPA platform is also User friendly that is it's GUI is one of its advantages especially for beginners who are trying the platform for the very first time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well sometimes, the website doesn't respond properly, that may be due to high traffic but if that is something looked upon then the experience would be much more better. There has to be much more modules related to AI, which would further ease up the process, if something interesting can be added to the present platform that would makes the work 10x faster. Also, it would be very helpful if provided an option to connect to the database directly where we can manipulate( add or delete) data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well now sending bulk mails is just a bot away for me, or changing or manipulating the data is much more easier when the task involves a large number of people. Being the head of the student community, it requires our team to and bulk messages at a lot of occasion, thus by integrating RPA Automation Anywhere this process has become easier as well as efficient.
One other scenario, where using RPA - AA has totally changed the scenario is automating form fill ups. Now rather than asking students to fill up multiple forms for various processes, we are using bots to do the task to fill the forms or curate data from the master database, This way, it helps to get accurate data at the same time there is no data loss, and this would would one of the ideal case as there are many incidents of data theft nowadays and rather than sending out multiple forms if a database can be maintained then we can get our requisite operations done from them with the help of the bots.
