Ease of designing and available plugins / connections with most of the current technology stack

Automation Anywhere RPA tool is very easy to understand. Anyone can learn this tool and can automate processes. No need of coding knowledge is required to use Automation Anywhere. Automation Anywhere's latest version A2019 is now available on cloud. This is the best thing made available.
To automate process, we have to create bot just by using given commands and its very easy to do that. We need to drag and drop those commands. Drag and Drop type of facility is available. Variable concept is nice. We can use Dictionary variable also.
There are more than 500 commands are available in Automation Anywhere's RPA tool. We can use commands to automate process and it is very easy to develop. We have error handling facility is also available in RPA tool.

I am using Automation Anywhere's RPA tool since last 3 years. And I have automated several business processes. I have automated several financial processes which has helped company to achieve accuracy in the work done through RPA tool. Automation Anywhere's RPA tool helped us to use manpower in some tasks than doing repeated tasks. This has been handled by RPA. I have also worked on IQ Bot. IQ Bot helped us to extract data from Invoices, Purchase Orders very accurately.

Automation Anywhere - RPA Tool is very user friendly. Everyone can understand to use this tool. More than 500 commands are available in this tool. We can automate every other business process and make this possible.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple way to automate or implement the business processes with easy or complex scope and straight forward commands to implement with less effort and time with sorted categorized interface. Would choose as first tool for learning if RPA is considered. Does not need of much coding language, just the logic works. Implementation of variable types and more feature in A2019 is best. Simulations or read me options during training videos are great, gives time for a learner to implement and check for the steps in case of doubts. Implementing language based solutions. Bot metrics on the control room page. Much flexible with A2019 version compared to V11
What do you dislike about the product?
Type casting, datetime operations, unable to edit variable once created. Customer or developer community Apeople or developer-user forum to be strength to avoid putting more of support requests. IQBot does not fully recognize SIR when Azure is selected as OCR tool, need more focus on that area when Cognitive services are provided. More training videos at portal for better understanding on each of the actions or settings provided, this might help to less surf on YouTube videos.

Implementing business process improvements and automations. Benefits to achieve high manual task reduction with less effort for some back-office or Ops tasks. Business projects for reading large number of emails or transaction process can be easily automated. The concept of A2019 with bot creator on the same window with other options has made it easy for the client to understand and take more automation ideas. Easy to learn and implement any business case with Automation Anywhere. The commands are very clear with small notes at the bottom of the properties. The debug time has improved in the new version of the A2019. Look and feel of the tool is minimalistic which makes the tool look simpler.
