Automation anywhere is the opportunity to be the forefront of innovation. Automation anywhere gives humans the ultimate reward,time to focus on building solutions and disruptive technology.it will boost the jobs.

Variable types are not present all. Everytime you have to use data while using community edition. Chrome is not fully supported

In newer version of automation anywhere a2019 there are so many new features which is been implemented to make the bot more robust. many new features were added in a2019.

Some of the issue in a2019 are as follows:

ERP based automation very well compare to other RPA tools. AA is best for Excel related operations.

Accounting and finance business sector can use widely.
It has been great the technology is very easy to use and teach to clients.

Processes can be easily automated. POC's are rapidly created. The technology is realy put together well with A2019 having a great UI.

The scheduling options needs a do not run on public holidays currently use python scripting to achieve this but do thing it needs this function.

We have done multiple clients from retail to trading. And all have been impressed with A2019 thus far.

If you are having issues with setup do not feel shy to ask for assistance from support, as they will get back to you and guide you through it.

RPA AA is straight forward and simple to use with good compnents.

More robostic control room facility to be provided. Framework is not flexible.

Developed lots of BOT based on business requirement for various clients and ROI and clinet satisfaction is good and maintenance and training the people is easy.

Automation Anywhere has a user friendly interface where you can drag and drop commands based on your business processes you need to automate.I love the inclusion of drag-and - drop functionality so that the developer can concentrate more on grammar than syntax.It does save lot of time for the team and gets the job done which can be performed by bots.

Automation Anywhere Enterprise RPA Platform was hard to customize.

the Contol room. it is so helpfull. I can manage my processes easily

I do not really dislike anything in AA. I just want to have a new flowchart for the developers to build own process easily.

I have some requirements about MS Offices and Web automation. AA has helped me so much to automate these processes.

We are using this tool mainly for our onboarding process. Before using this tool, we use to create documents manually and trigger each document one by one to the candidate, but now, this AA made our entire onboarding process easy with an easy workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the best robotic tool, which is easy to understand and follow. It is user friendly. The best part of the university is they provide courses to understand the tool and make the best use of it.With the help of this tool it saves time ,the task which requires more time by doing it manually that can be easily completed with the help of AA.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel installation is bit complex. The control Room is very complicated to setup

I have automated tasks related to excel, made use of object cloning and send email. The main benefit is once we get to know the command it is very flexible to use and user friendly. One can complete the task with a less time period. It is a great tool for handling repetitive tasks.

If processes involve web or desktop apps then Automation Anywhere is well suited for automation as a tool. Automation Anywhere does a great job extracting data from websites and pdfs.

image capture and recognition requires some more accuracy

Three Problems - 1. Image recognition and conditional Actions in multiple steps, 2. Capturing certain inputs and Feedback based on the response and mathcing with case category 3. Automated formating of documnts based on the document templates chosen and applying rules and re-format/correct the document with generations of logs and cases identified but rules could not be applied for large Document review ( few pages to 300 pages )
