Very good technology. It made the life of human easier
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the best automation platform I used.It helps in automating complex task by creating smart BOTS. The features are very progressive, supporting web scraping and creating AI-driven automation capability. The customer support is very quick to response. I a'm using it daily and it is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue i'm fasing is the limit of characters to input. Other than this I have nothing to dislike about Automation Anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere helping in creating BOT to reduce the human effort and error. By implementing automation solution, it reduces the time spent searching for and retrieving important information from contracts, ultimately saving valuable time and improving overall productivity.

RPA helped me to automate my daily repetative tasks. This automation helped me to mitigate manual efforts and reducing efforts involved in manual work.

resolving errors in some automated tasks requires lot of effort and time.

RPA has proved itself to be the best automation tool available in market. We have reduced our manual efforts to great extent. Mitigating manual efforts has helped the team saving some time and eliminating human errors.

I had been working in AA since last 4 years, it is a very powerful tool. Helps to ease human work, and also helps improve business countinuity.

AA- 360 version seems to have countinous packge updates and bot agent updates, which is effecting our existing BOT processes.

Automation anywhere is the best way to automate your business process. Very user friendly and efficient in handling the process. The IQ bot ptoves to be a game changer for the automation field itself.

One thing i not completely satisfied about is with the latest version multpile people cant work on the same task. One cant work on it til the other person checks in.

I've been working with RPA using Automation Anywhere from the past 4 years and I have delt with multiple versions.In both the versions its good to work with Automation Anywhere. Its easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I thing I dislike about Automation Anywhere is , in AA360 version the Control Room needs to be more user friendly. Feels like its missing lot of functionalities. And I had faced multiple challenges.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Extract field from pdf feature doesn't work great, else i am usimg automation anywhere from past 10 months i didn't find any dislike or disadvantage about this product.
I will suggest everyone to use this tool and this is best automation tool i have ever used.

As of now, Automation anywhere is solving most of the problems and benefiting all the developers around. But one problem which saving by this product as "Conversion of PDF file to text in a structured manner". No. of pdf files can be converted to text within few seconds. And making the life of developer easy from extracting the data from text file without any errors.

Too many types of bots can sometimes confuse the beginners which one is efficient for the tasks he is looking to automate.

Automating the manual repetitive processes give me much more time to focus on much more creative tasks and just release the stress of worrying for the manual processes .
