What do you like best about the product?
Ease of learning, videos and information available to learn and implement
What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing cost. This is a bottle neck in convincing to buy and use though once implemented the returns are high

Mostly the production support activities like auto resolution of service requests, incidents, metrics analysis, reporting

With the list of predefined commands, automation can be easily achieved by any functional tester either.

Should have more feasibilities even with community version as licenses are cost effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a challenge of launching remote machine when my desktop is turned off, but with the help of Automation Anywhere, I have achieved it with ease and helped me in uninterrupted execution.
The Best RPA
What do you like best about the product?
I like the templates which are available that makes the process more easier and the ease of collaboration with other members in the team. Keeping it aside the dashboard for bot analytics is also very useful for analyzing the performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not used the OCR solutions because of some conflicts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have automated bots to deliver the invoices this has helped in seamless updating of our accounting records and prepares invoices and delivers it reducing human power and increased efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
The pre built templates makes the process convenient. The best features is the ability to create automation models and the ability to record processes. You don't need to have solid technical background it is easy to create a bot

I've not faced any issue as of yet. So no problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have automated the invoice creation and delivery process. It seamlessly updates our accounting records and delivers invoices from the right email accounts. Time is saved and human error is reduced in automating it.
Effective and Easy to use RPA tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is web portal based with easy drag and drop functionality which make this RPA a very powerful tool for non technical people but have a logic to automate the process. OCR is very effective and powerful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
should have .exe or .MSI version of the tool where we can draft the flows, test and then publish it to orchestrator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scraping huge PDFs and putting data to Excel and DB. RPA is really helping in resolving backlog issues and reducing the human errors which were there by putting the PDF data CSV/DB.

Instead of writing long codes simply drag and use the already available set of actions.
IQ Bot is really great while extracting information from documents. May be human eye can miss certain details but IQ bot can not.
Also OCR & IQ Bot pre-processors to deal with scanned documents makes a lot of required process easier and fast.
Support for Python literally awesome, to implement certain logics and to execute certain commands. Like Using Python date time module to extract the date from a document in desired format or to modify the field value extracted from the document.
Making process Error free and quick is one of the most Important feature I find in Automation Anywhere as a RPA Platform.
Automaton anywhere has made working with excel so smooth that you don't require to stuck your head in screen to update those files.
The Regex support is very useful while dealing with certain Patterns in a string, how it helps in handling the errors and utilizing the OCR at its full capability is worth mentioning.
UI Automation specially with Ai Sense Recorder is really helpful with the dynamic nature of the modern websites and the credential vault feature to provide secure login during UI automation is really an appreciable feature.
Last but not the least, the organized and user friendly appearance of the platform, makes it easier and interesting to explore.

Recurring issues like " An un expected problem occurred" which requires to log out and log in to fix the issue. This is really annoying when working on long codes.
Another small issue is when you try to drag actions/action inside conditional statement, it get lost if you have not clicked outside of the Conditional statement line
Flow chart view is not that user friendly as compared to other RPA tools, it can be improved , like its really hard to see which set of actions are inside a particular section in Flowchart mode, this can be improved by introducing thread like feature in the flowchart.
Many times it does not identify the same device and go disconnected, which requires to delete the device and re register it, which is not pleasing at all.

Currently using Automation Anywhere to automate the invoice processing for the business, involves use of many packages such as email, pdf, OCR, IQ bot Preprocessors, Excel Advanced, String, number and many more. Automating end to end process of invoice processing with minimal intervention of human making the process less error prone. After processing the documents, using the IQ bot to create the instances from the sample and train them.
Also used this platform for claims processing in a project for healthcare Domain, to extract the relevant fields from the insurance claims form.

Simply go for it, if you are looking to automate your business process. It is efficient, quick, reliable and Secure in most of the aspects that a business requires.

It's very easy to use and any non technical person can also use ut with ease. And the most important part is the value it have in the market.

There is no support for custom made functions, although there are enough functionalities but it would be great to see support for custom functions.
