What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand & implementation. User friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no provision to provide atleast one Free license to Partners for establishing permanent Demo environment for customers so that they can easily sale it.

A holistic Automation Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Creating a bot is so easy, and the features of pdf extraction and ability to create metabot, IQ bot really take this tool to next level.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Ability to handle exception and error can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated a handful of business processes, have saved around 120 FTE as a direct benefit of automation.
We have used bots to mainly automate mainframe and browser based application along with Basic operations of Excel, and outlook.
The bots we have created is able to perform routine manual tasks that were earlier done by operation team, with high speed and more efficiency, thereby saved hours of precious time of operations team.

What do you like best about the product?
Building custom automation which is required besides which it offers the option of pre-built templated allowing users to choose which they prefer. Easy collaboration as we have many stakeholders and also non-technical people in our team can use it to build bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
never faced any trouble so I won't misguide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have used it for answering simple request from customers that they need around the clock

What do you like best about the product?
AA gives the functionalies to automate end to end process even with any programing knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Run time is slow and BOT is stop if system geting lock

What do you like best about the product?
1. The versatility of tools & plug-in which can fit and solve the complex problems.
2. The type of problems that the organisation is trying to solve is great, the visionary approach is impressing.
3. The forum and the university is also amazing, we get support from the forum even though they are external organisations.
4. Saves time, can run in daemon mode, so we the human can focus on other tasks
5. The detailed log output to brief about what all went in the backend, helps in further troubleshooting process.
6. The concept of clubbing A-People group, who all like minded members we have in the industry
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Some process can be made simplified.
ex: two or three sub components can be clubbed as one.
2. It will be good if we have the live webinars of the previous session and better organised links to find out the needful at the time we require.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. proactive monitoring of infrastructure warning, before that cause alert and impact the business.
2. extract inherent data from the sys-logs and do complex processing including textract, regex validation
3. fetch customer sentiment, from the generic comments made by them in common media forum
Recommendations to others considering the product:
1. conduct more frequent sync up to collaborate, as some times owing to timezone issue we are unable to attend some sessions.
2. OCR and web scroll are something, which will be my next focus item, it will be good to have a session on those in upcoming days.

What do you like best about the product?
How the AI do the works for us and totally eliminate the paper works. The precision and accuracy of data collected and simple to read dashboard for presentation is another positive impact of using RPA
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs time and effort to train and reskilling almost all staffs like me who is a Tech Idiot to know the system and not too afraid to hand on. Very costly high tech which needs plenty of persuasion to convenience the management for funding. Need the top management to really enforce all staffs to commit and works towards this system. The competency of our IT support is very limited,

All the other existing lines and upcoming new lines. RPA is very suitable for our Ops team right to the back of house technician and rolling stocks in the Depots. But we need huge support from top management to implement and enforce to move towards using this system. Still need lots of discussions with the experts for the collaboration of our existing systems ( SAP, Maximo, Ariba) with RPA

What do you like best about the product?
Most help full of Automation Anywhere are like integrating the Multiple Scripting Languages and having an more option if one of the command is not working to capture any objects.
While coming to control room, setting an version control which helps easier for migration.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not much dislike but sometimes very difficult to work Image recognition part. Because it looks like working fine at the moment but immediately after sometime it fails to recognize the image.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the daily hurdles which human works on daily basis, results to more accuracy, lesser time and quick outcome.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
yes, will recommend to others to use Automation Anywhere product

What do you like best about the product?
A2019 has lot more new features (basic) which were missing in 11.3 like Datatable and Dictionary.
What do you dislike about the product?
debugging is not available from one task bot into another.
Also we need t have different CR for different Environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

benefits - many of the manul processes have been automated and its adds to quality as well.
