What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere provides robust features like Custom packages, AARI, Salesforce integration, interactive forms, IQ bot, API architecture of the solution ,real time analytics and reports using bot insights, easily integrates with different technologies. Human errors can be reduced to a large extent.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complex SAP task can easily handle by automation anywhere, multilevel approval process using AARI , salesforce automation.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature for automation anywhere robotic process automation is the power to schedule bot deployment before hand and using the templates that are pre-built along with Intelligent automation skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are really very few features for email automation

We have automated the process to create and deliver the invoices along with updating our accounting.

What do you like best about the product?
Most notably, automation is very easy to build and handle bots. Web automation and Excel automation in particular are made very straightforward. From basic bots to complicated bots, we can build any bot in no time. You don't have to be an expert in programming to build automation processes that allow users with limited experience to grow their robots, maybe the method I use the most and consider the speed at which you can create a bot through their commands and gui. Metabot reliability and consistency are the best thing about this RPA and make it the best device in the industry, it has choices to work with. PDF files are very convenient and most of the drawings shown are in this format.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a cost-effective programme, designed for big corporations who can pay for permits, it doesn't mean that it's evil, but I believe it reduces the need for the automation of their enterprises for small businesses. They have a control room in the development and programming that I had to use to perform it correctly. In my view, the documentation is much less helpful. I would really appreciate some AA or documentation support if I got lost on something when designing the bot. I like to use Python to integrate more in this language of programming. It's also impossible to handle both glitches and debugging computer code isn't the easiest way to eliminate risks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With our cloud platform automation process, it is completely effective to use. I have thoroughly applied it in this area. I still use it for the integration of sales processes. Data collection is performed everyday with python and java on web platforms that need it. I found that by using automation anywhere we save a lot of time and it's also economical. With automation everywhere you could create bots in no time. I feel like creating bots and automating business processes anywhere using automation is really simple.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Anyone who needs to carry out their business operations would strongly encourage automation. In a short amount of time, we can also create complex bots. Managing bots after release is also very simple. In reality, AA's options are limitless, one of the best RPAs available today, its high price may restrict smaller businesses, but the programming and running of the app, to be frank, is a very easy job.

Main thing is more memory of the pc is required and all other application will be slow compare to its competitor robotic tools.it hangs other applications sometime.

The best thing, I like about Automation Anywhere is web based control room. Interactive web based control room makes quick and easy monitoring of the bots.

AI integration I mean the IQ bots usage taking much time. Need to increase the efficiency of the same.

We are working for an Large client where we are automating the business problems( which is taking much more time and also reducing the ROI.)
We automated those problems where 85% of the time saved. Which gradually increased our clients return on investment. Before automating we did the same work for 6000 items in 25+days, Now we are able to complete the load by 5 to 7days max.

Team collaboration is seamless and the ability to record the workflow is useful in automation. Also, the ability to schedule the deployment is useful while managing multiple executions.

We have used AA-RPA to automate the process where we deliver the responses to customers when they need answers for the requests they place.

More code altering tools for developers could be added. The troubleshooting abilities and highlights of the Automation arrangements could be upgraded to make it simpler for designers to distinguish, approve and fabricate code. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
for one of our FMCG client, we had created bots to download remittance advices and claims and deduction (Dispute cases) supporting documents from distributors' portal in Order to Cash E2E process . Bot used to download the documents, rename them as per the customer's naming convention and upload them on an SAP to crate dispute case. Average time to settle the dispute case before automation was 89 days and after automating a part of the process, the average settlement time came down to 61 days because unavailability of supporting document was the huge bottleneck in the process
