Reliable and functional RPA
What do you like best about the product?
The technical support service is available 24 hours a day, it has a free version that allows you to explore and test its functions, as well as an easy to understand and use interface, I consider Automation Anywhere a reliable and stable rpa tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
the tool has a high price compared to others offered in the market. The code search function has shortcomings that could be improved, otherwise Automation Anywhere fulfills its purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It significantly reduced the work time in certain areas of the company such as the billing process, the loading of new data to the system, the mobile application allows me to access the bots from anywhere and at any time,

Use the free version to get to know and learn how to use the functions offered, but it is undoubtedly an excellent option to reduce work time and automate repetitive processes.

We were able to automate many manual processes with the help of AA.

What do you like best about the product?
Using the RPA technology is a breeze. The automation actually helped to increase the efficiency of the teams by freeing up their time dedicated to regular tasks. The increase in productivity actually helped to curb costs and by optimizing the team's time. It doesn't take expertise in programming to set up the easy-to-use bots for automation. The UI is clean and very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would have helped if there were a few more FAQs/ tutorials on the product when we were using it.

It helped to free up the time for the teams from doing their regular work. This also helped to curb the costs of the prganization and increase the efficiency of the team(s).

I like the most in Automation anywhere-RPA is that it supports automated as well as manual processes or a combination of both.Also it can be deployed in both attended and unattended modes.

Till now I am loving this RPA tool so I wont say anything that dislikes me.

RPA is a automation tool which enhance the work flow in production by handelling repetative and manual tasks . Automatically record the human tasks and take it in its hands the next time .

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Does not need coding skills. Very good platform to automate processes. It works perfectly with the recorder. Working with Excel is unbelievably fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The debugger needs more work. Does not show the real problem just shows you that there is a problem somewhere. Also, the preview of the data table is pretty bad. It shows only the first 2 - 3 columns and if you have 10 columns there is no way to see them in the debugger.

We thought it was a low-code environment where people with basic programming knowledge are capable of creating bots using their code, But no we always went into instability in bots whenever a basic coder tried to create a bot using his basic coding skills, until we have seen a professional doing it differently and it became very stable, They also need to provide better documentation with clearer and detailed information to guide the starters and help them achieve an easier onboarding experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the easiest and most flexible way to automate processes, it is a great solution that offers features to ease repetitive tasks and make all operations easy for any robot built to do its job. I liked that it is constantly evolving and adding updates to include new features and make everyday life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main problem was the compatibility between versions but later they were solved, the only thing is that it does not work very well with Linux.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less manual work than humans do, and I automate a number of previously manual processes, now everything is well organized and solved most of our problems.

Unlike most RPA products, I can assure you that none compares to Automation Anywhere, it is the best, and I recommend it.
