Easily reduced our user work dependency
What do you like best about the product?
Access review was the main and critical task for us before using AA I created bots and made all our access review automation. Now, no need to depend on any users to complete the review. This was very important for all audits which leads to major non-conformance. Now, since all my reviews are completed automatically we easily complete audits. This is just one example, using this AA tool I've implemented many bots in our company. Best automation tool available in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very useful and helpful automation tool for me. Helped to get tasks completed on time. I didn't face any major issues with this AA tool till now. Minor issues will be always there and we will face them if we use any tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly considering tasks' criticality and discussing with management I will create bots to reduce bottleneck operations.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides both the front end and back office robots to help automate both sides of the tasks. Repetitive tasks can be automated without any human intervention, employees can be engaged in other higher-value tasks rather than performing the routine repetitive tasks. The drag and drop option allows to create and deploy a bot for any complex task without having a moderate level of coding knowledge. Cost-effective compared to other popular RPA tools like Uipath and Blue Prism.
What do you dislike about the product?
Beginner programming skills are required to use this RPA tool, little or no programming skills may get you into complications, there is room for improvement in OCR capabilities. The amount of time it takes to speak to a support agent should be quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In terms of scalability, it definitely works faster and more than a human dose. It provides a macro recorder to monitor and record actions performed to create logic out of itself and you don't have to make a set of sequential actions, the tool will do it based on the way you work on your system.

It has a straightforward integration process and can be a suitable and cost-effective tool for small to medium-size businesses.

I like the ease of development and the training is good and available on the forum, I like a large number of APIs and extensions, I also like that it gets good results and that it offers specific and fine tools designed for data scraping in Automation Anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is good, but could be more detailed and support more languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is being used for a few months at this stage for data entry and automation in our legacy application and we were able to complete a lot of test data in our test department and there are no mundane processes on the ops side.

It is suitable for the automation of desktop-based applications, I recommend it.

I like Automation Anywhere because it can automate PDF and image documents, it's very accurate, and it gets up and running in no time. I liked that you can learn and keep learning the bot powered by more data sets. It is a great software for users with little technical knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like them to improve the SAP interface because sometimes it is difficult to understand and on the other hand the applications take time to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is currently used to automate some processes and is being executed in projects that have been completed, generating a reduction in the workload thanks to the bots that speed up all the processes.

Automation Anywhere helps to automate business end-to-end business processes with AI and Bots. I was able to give more tangible cost savings to my customer by eliminating repetitive activities. Automation is made much easier with Automation Anywhere for all the different Industries to increase efficiency. Automation Anywhere provides powerful tools to automate processes, and cognitive Bots as IQ Bots are also robust. Training people to use the Software is much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool is a bit expensive compared to other RPA Tools, but it's a market leader because of the features it provides. Modification of task feature is not available in control room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping in different automation projects to eliminate repetitive work and it helps to use human resources in a more efficient manner.

Well, I don't have good things to say about AA, that's why I switched from AA to Uipath and this was a very good choice.

Automation Anywhere is not fast as other tools in the market. I had issues with inserting data in a database, which did not allow me to do more than 1k inserts per time. With other tools like Uipath, I can perform jobs faster than AA.

We have been using Automation Anywhere for a while and solved some manual problems with AA, but we were stuck with the scalability and speed in the execution of the jobs.

This platform has a configuration called control room which allows you to see the tasks done and loaded at 100% so taht they can be sent, this method requires knowledge because it contains several functions which can cause confusion and not knowing how to use it , which is why you need to spend time to understand it, in addition its mobile application is very poorly developed since when you open it crashes and you cannot use it, which is annoying bacause it allows you to use it properly.

We use this service to keep track of our financial processes, this system offers us personalized bots which help us automate our activities and projects, and it allows us to monitor availability, schedule, and performance, apart from allowing us to follow up, analyze the progress of our businesses and helps us o be always up to do date on our work carried out simply and easily thanks to the systems bots, apart from being used as a support to resolve any doubts and problems that may arise where it is solved in ¡a matter of seconds.
