Automation Anywhere : A great Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
1.) I like automaton anywhere lab part where you can do hands-on and also like assessments for each module so can test you understanding part.
2.) Good product strategy and clear roadmap for improvement.
3.) It supports a lot of commands like FTP, PDF, Excel.
4.) Control room is user friendly and easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
1.) The learning module is not well maintained, you can not skip the modules you have already done.
2.) It only does support the Windows platform.
3.) Its Web recorder only supports IE browser not others like Chrome and Firefox.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1.) currently, I am using automation anywhere for the testing a web site. Created automation scripts for testing different modules.
2.) To upload new build on FTP server.
3.) Automate the evening update emails to the technical department.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
currently, it is supporting only on the windows system. It will be good if it supports other Operating Systems.
RPA is the Hero in AA.
What do you like best about the product?
Very informative and thought Provoking Training Videos. Completely hands-on videos which helps to straightaway adopt and apply in the projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
User should give a chance to have a platform to develop dummy bots along with this training.

I like how easy it is to use as I’m not technical.

That it only runs on Windows - would be great to have a Mac product.

Too much time on manual processes. We have now gained efficiencies and are more productive with our time. Employee morale has gone up!
RPA taken to next level
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how AA has made things easier and simpler for people who do repetitive tasks in their day to day life. More than that it is so good to see the cognitive aspect of the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as in. It would be great if we have a community edition.

I started to do some admin related RPA with AA. It's great and easier

AAU RPA Sessions are very useful and ease to use
What do you like best about the product?
All sessions are much useful and would recommend 100% to everyone to opt in to understand more about RPA. I have implemented and i feel it is very ease to use and much effective.

No Dislikes at this moment and more documentation is needed to new learners

What do you like best about the product?
The instructions of commands are user-friendly and easy to configure to get the required result set as per the requirement.
What do you dislike about the product?
After 10.5 versions I am not able to check the control room setup, which is not included in client setup

Easy to export required reports such as order details, shipment details, invoices and other customize reports over FTP and client can easily access these reports.

The commands we used to automate the tasks are user-friendly and it guides you to accomplished the task automatically.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about automation anywhere software is that it is very simple to automate. The coding requirement is bare minimum. I as a task owner can automate my own tasks. The interface is very simple and intutive
What do you dislike about the product?
The high license cost makes it impossible for me to purchase the software for my own personal use. I use it in my company as enterprise solution. Automating internet pages with lot of JavaScript is difficult

This product is mainly useful for companies where mundane tasks are involved not for tasks where there is human intervention required.

What do you like best about the product?
The easiness of using the product. Most of the things are self explanatory and it is very well documented.
What do you dislike about the product?
The LMS part where you watch the videos to learn about the product. We have high speed internet in our office and still the training video were buffering a lot which created lot of frustration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are multiple reports which we run on a daily basis. This is provided to the customer. We will be automating this to reduce our burden from the repetitive stuff.
Innovative technology with future requirements
What do you like best about the product?
I like the best the technology used at backend and front end. the gui is amazing and is easy to work on and .It will make the work easier in future and every 9 out of 10 industries will use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
As it is developing technology some time the bot unresponds. but in future it will be fastest technology to be built for the industry level. Every software has some issues but it will solve by company as early as possible.

The business related to data entry jobs, the billing system and more interesting business jobs.
