Easy development and hard deployment

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support. The support team is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Addition of parsers for JSON would be great. The Code deployment process is bad and clunky. Too many bugs while packaging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very easy and intuitive to work in, which means that a developer can quickly get started with coding and bot creating, in order to create benefits to the business. We prefere to educate developers ourself and pick for SME staff who have intrest in automation and maybe som code experiance.
What do you dislike about the product?
All tool have limitations and so do AA, but we have managed to cope with most of them. Sometime we have found difficulties in the set up face of a new fysical station, but finaly it has been solve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use AA in our Oprations, Back Office and Finance funktions with great benefit. We have freed staff to more customer valued tasks and have been able to encrease the customer experiance in a positive direction, with faster handling of inquiries and payout.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the quick response from the support engineer after raising the AA tickets. It helps us in resolving the users issues on time by co-ordinating the user and AA support member
What do you dislike about the product?
Rather then dislike, I would like to suggest Support engineer to connect via Skype/lync rather than RingCentral Meetings. Because most of the clients use VDI and they use Skype/Lync for communication. Morevover we cannot install RignCentral meetings kind of software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During my support work for existing production issues. Few are listed below:
1. Outlook Port Issue
2. Unexpected Pop-up window
3. Mutliple files download in chrome browser
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would suggest Automation Anywhere tool then any other RPA tool as it has cognitive features.

Nothing, it all worked fine so far, have not had a chance to give a negative feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use workbench. Security and Central Management of bots through Control Room. Overall stability of bots exceeded expectations, and in addition to expected efficiency gains error reduction has been added benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequent patch releases, sense that company is growing too quickly and releases are rushed without adequate regression testing. This is getting worse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking for expense reduction either by reduction in head count, or re-training associates to do more rewarding work. We have achieved ROI the equivalent of 5 FTEs in just a year and a half with a staff of 3. While the only replacements we've done is offshore staff, others in the organization have been re-trained and our doing more rewarding work as bots have taken hold of structured input data entry tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Its awesome improvement in control Room, equipped with more controls , which have been segregated based on the actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
for every product , there will be pros and cons, and cons will be improved in later versions, so nothing to worry about them at all. there is no question of disliking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned , command window is augmented with more controls with specific to domains, which helps in improvement and effective utilization of development time.
eg : SAP integraion, Work Queue items and many more , last but not least Bot insight is very good functionality.
* Metabots which are very useful
* IQBot to add Intelligence.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its 100% Automation Tool, enabled with lot of Features specific to domains, and added with intelligence (IQBOT) and Bot insights

What do you like best about the product?
The content and it's presentation is really good. It's helpful for those starting out and want to upskill. Automation anywhere RPA is highly recommended even if we don't want to take any exam in RPA. Simple and Easy to learn! Happy Learning!!!

What do you like best about the product?
It is important to know what you want out of a tool. The variety of use cases it can help solve is the best part about Automation Anywhere. Automation Anywhere has added great value to our team and helped automate a lot of manual and time-consuming processes. I would highly recommend Automation Anywhere to analysts out there. Give it a shot and it may be the best tool you ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the Automation Anywhere tool should be a little more user-friendly. Currently the layout framework of Automation Anywhere is a little complex and may be difficult to use for a new person. I suggest that they simplify things a bit. However its positives outweigh the negatives by a huge margin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have automated a lot of manual and time-consuming processes using Automation Anywhere like duplicating files, memos, extracting data, etc. It has been a great value add to our team and our firm as whole. I would highly recommend Automation Anywhere to analysts out there. Give it a shot and it may be the best tool you ever used.

This tool is amazingly useful and powerful. It handles a lot of uses cases and can help save a lot of time and effort by automating manual processes. you can also schedule tasks for end to end automation. I would definitely recommend giving this tool a shot. It might be one of the best value adds for your company.

What do you like best about the product?
Advanced concepts like ML, IQ Bots which are incomparable with competitive tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere is not user friendly for Oracle Applications. As of now we are using Metabots for this but this is not that user friendly. As we face identification issues and it is unstable. When we compare Microfocus tool UFT with AA. UFT is giving faster results than AA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Extracting data from different sources and analysis of data. An option to integrate with Excel Macros, SQL database.

Give us option to integrate with SSIS too.

Don't go for other thoughts. As Automation Anywhere is going to lead RPA industry with there creative ideas
