What do you like best about the product?
I like the best the possibility to automate both web based applications and desktop ones so you could create Front2Back automation robots covering time consuming manual processes. Also I liked the concept of metabots so for various applications you create metabots which then are used as building blocks when designing new robots. Version control is helping a lot when developing bots iteratively and adding new features to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first you need to understand the concepts of the AA platform in order to be able to design fit for purpose automation robots and until then some things are not directly intuitive even when you have development background but once you grasp the concepts it becomes easy to apply them and implement the bots so I think it is advised to go through the learning courses first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am automating the Front2Back testing of a complex testing flows involving several vendor platforms which are very hard to automate the testing for using APIs and also take much time when executing them manually through the GUIs. The automation using AutomationAnywhere allows to speed up the execution considerably plus you don't depend from the protocol changes of the vendor platforms you use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To my opinion the most benefit you could get from AA is when you automate manual processes involving multiple applications both web based and standalone ones. Also I think it is best first to design a set of metabots for every application you are going to automated and then use them as building blocks when creating various automation bots. Audit trail allows to see all the actions performed by all the users on the platform so you always know who changed what. Version control is also of great help when enhancing your bots with new features.

User experience, usability and ease of managing new automations, ease of integration with some other components and proprietary tools to manage content from other tools.

the topic of licensing is not very common and the architecture used is a bit confusing, more explanation and topics related to implementation are needed

It is very stable and easy to understand for carrying out software automation development, and it is also very easy to work with software like the Office suite. Additionally, I like that it is a high-cost software and is capable of creating the best bots for software automation.

The slowness and obstacles it presents when working

Working with the automation of attendance reports and web data capture
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I suggest that Automation Anywhere be a bit more fluid when working, because sometimes it gets stuck and makes it difficult to work. This is one of the main problems it presents when working, so making Automation Anywhere capable of having fluidity when working would be much better. This is one of the points I would like to be taken into account.

The content of the training is so clear for them who wants to begin lerning about automation, it is a versy good way for beginners

The site interface is not so friendly, at beggining was a little dificult to find the course content

Control room Dashboard appearance its not catchy and it should be great if you change it .

What do you like best about the product?
It's the best solution offered in the market. It's more powerfull than the others and it's more efficient. If I had to choose one Robotic Procces Automation software, it is Automation Anywhere. Perfect for repetitive task and the error are less with this. It has a lot of activities to work with and make the automation more easy.
I tried the trial version and I like it. I told all good thing that Automation Anywhere has, to my boss and he is thinking to buy it and star automation with Automation Anywhere.
We were very happy with the costumer attention in AA.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Everything it's perfect. The best Robot Process Automation software. I would like if the interface were more friendly and striking. I like interfaces with a clean and nice desing but, this is not important as the automation process, maybe the interface could improve in a future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Files management, OCR,get and send e-mails, complex process, manage excel files, extract information from databases, work on citrix, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start with trial and see that Automation Anywhere is the best solution. An important part of this software is that make more easy automate process, and I think improves better solutions than UiPath, pega, blueprism, etc. I said that because Automation have more controls and procces to make it more effective during automation. It would be perfect if the interface were more friendly but it's the apropiate to work with.
Convenient and easy to follow
What do you like best about the product?
I'm still at the exploring stage of learning about this tool. So far I really enjoy the online courses offered. They are simple and easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. From the few courses that I have taken now, I think this tool is good for processes with structured data, however, in my industry, there are more unstructured data so I'm not sure how can we get around that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are lots of high volume repetitive type of processes in our company and I can see that this tool will be able to assist to optimize them and make them more efficient.
Promissing Tool, some lackluster execution
What do you like best about the product?
The Tool pretty much allows you to do Anything, you have a myriad of toold to achieving everyday office work, and this makes it a versatile tool for everyday situations. Looking forward to the v11.0 of the product implementation on our company as that has a myriad of improvements over our current version.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool has some unpredictable behaviors on instances it shouldn't, such as terminal emulator and webrecorder, delays are a big part of it because of this. I believe as I get more experience developing for it, I get better and better results incrementally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to circumvent a lot of different office everyday tasks, such as extracting reports, copying data, and much more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Maintain it at simple solutions at first. Backend tasks work better, but it's better to understand the basic uses of the tool first and foremost. After that start using the tool to it's full potential so you can be amazed at it's potential.

The OCR needs some improvements, it is not reliable.

We are currently building robots to perform repetitive form filling routines. Users find themselves with more time to do more fulfilling and creative tasks.
