What do you like best about the product?
1. As a production AA is very user friendly for the product users.
2. Metabot feature in AA 11 version its really helping for product users in better way compare to earlier versions.
3. IQ Bot is very good product to work on invoices.
4. Bot store is one of the innovative idea to help for the product users with existing in one place.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Transforming BOTs from DEV to UAT and UAT to PROD, as of now we are doing manually if you create any product to directly transfer the BOTs it helps.
2. Error Handling feature should be more user friendly.
3. IF Conditions in Bot creation should be more flexible to put the 2 to 3 different condition together like Variable and object cloning.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. We are solving the different types of problems, like partner enrollment with us to do this there are pre checks to do before partner should get enrolled with us. If all the checks are verified. As per business if its pass then partner can enroll with us.
In this product bot should interact with different partner application websites to do web scrapping and find validations key words.
2. If any data issues with the partner bot will send the email for the conformation to the partner and proceed with next partner enrollment.
3. After doing all the validations if all are not true to approve the partner then reject the partner enrollment.
4. Handling all the exceptions related to application and data to make bot more better.
5. This project is completely between business and customer for partnership.

Metabot is one feature I really liked the most because of calibration facility which differs AA from other tools with uniqueness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited options for Excel operations which forces to use VB macros in most occasions.

Processes that are mundane and time taking by manual efforts.
Benefits that I realized are value added for Business as they are accurate, productive and less time consumption when compared to manual efforts.

Plug and play
What do you like best about the product?
Best part in AA is, it does not require high level coding to develop solution. Any one who can break the problem statement/requirement into small bits and pieces can develop the solution. With basic training Business can automate there process without depending on the developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are facing challenges in the tool like, Object cloning fails most of the times.(It will be great, if some sort of AI added to autocorrect itself and allow the developer/designer to validate and push to production. It will save lot of time).

We started in 2018 and implemented 2 projects.

The experience of BOTATHON was really amazing, user friendly and information oriented
What do you like best about the product?
Bot Creator & Runner
– User Friendly Interface (ie, creation can be done using Drag and Drop of the functions and objects, highly configurable on the parameters etc).
– No technical background and programming skills are required.
– Troubleshooting is easier with the alerts flagging out the specific error and the line number.
Analytics Function
– User Friendly Interface with auto-generation of the information pushed from the Bot to the control room. This information can be used for plotting of chats,graphs, generation of reports etc without programming.
– Built-in analytics and chart which can be easily configured for operation use eg, Trend of top customers and its permit processing status.
Trainer & Facilitator
Very knowledgeable, helpful and hands-on. Able to identify cause of errors and give good advice.

Overall the program was really nice, but they could have considered to provide some more knowledge on IQBot and hands-on practice on that and also more seamless handling of unstructured with structured data.

Easy to Use RPA Software
What do you like best about the product?
This program makes creating process automation easy and is very versatile allowing for automation between different programs and file types. The command menus are intuitive and the drag and drop feature is always a plus. With this software, there is no reason to not automate the mindless tasks that take time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The terminology does take some getting used. Also, you don't have to have any programming language background, but it really helps when something doesn't work quite right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to automate a process that takes a few hours into something that take the bot only minutes.

If you are in the market for easy to use RPA Software, I highly recommend a look at this product.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere caters to help humans to deploy a digital workforce composed of software bots that complete business processes which indirectly increases the revenue of a company
What do you dislike about the product?
Eg: I am not able to implement the ideas every were as we have limitations on implementation as companies are not open to automation every time as we have a lot to implement from the Bot store.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have fixes few chat bots in our Chat programs and automated few data procedures in few functions and we have identified opportunity areas to be automated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Mostly does not work on Chrome at times, as chrome is the most used browser across world.
Good platform of RPA, but have so much to improve.

Error handling, nice object clonning and it funcionality.

Performance Slowness, i think that misses a better SAP integration.

Powerful yet not overly complex
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of the Automation Anywhere client has to be the recording of an automation task. It has multiple recorder types to choose from depending on the type of task you are trying to create. It allows you to have a bot up and running with a very small about of actual coding required.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real problem we've had with the Automation Anywhere revolves around licensing. I understand the need for license files and it may have to do with our setup and environments but assigning and updating licenses have been the only issue we have with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've taken tasks that required very little thought and fully automated them to allow the user to concentrate on the more difficult tasks. Our next steps will be looking at the IQ Bots in Automation Anywhere to take on some of those difficult tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
As I seen RPA is an evolving way of doing and integrate manual operation and avoid hundreds of human operation into the next era of production processes i think most of the enterprises in order to save away money and provide QoS most adapt RPA. I will say adapt and evolve or lost. Nowdays its recorders and its metabots can integrate almost 80 percent of all of the existent enviroment given an adittional value for those who are seeking software to integrate every function on an enterprise like healthcare, banking, insurance, education, etc. From legacy systems to microservices integration , automate, evolve, enpower your processes and let you human force becareless about repetition and use than in advantage of improve quality service, metrics and finally return of investment. it's a software that really worths to use and the graphical user interface its very friendly and intuitive. The Operational and Analytical metrics give us perfect indicators and reports to take decisions about the execution about our processes and help us determine when to improve where. En other words it's an application you definetly most try.

I haven seen anything that dislikes me on the platform yet. I like the interface a lot, it's very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Till now im just learning the platform, but hoping to put into practice sooner or later.
