Automation Anywhere is a very good product
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is easy to install; easy to learn and easy to support. It is a great tool for a business RPA needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Code management and deployment could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating repeatable business processes across the organization. We have realized cost savings; increase in volumes; and increase in quality.

Great product and customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of deployment, planned road map and analytics capabilities ( Bot Insights ) along with automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Upgrade can be resource intensive so careful planning should be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving business process challenges in the areas of HR, Sales, Marketing and Clinical related to back office operations at the head office. We have realized time savings, improved customer experience, cost avoidance and greater compliance
Allows quick start and scaling
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to start. Novice developers will not have trouble advancing to developing complex processes. Also the overall features seems to care for scaling (which we have yet to go). Flexible enough to cater for various business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having the need to finetune the robot's waiting time to optimize for each interacting system, although this problem may be true for any other competitive products. Sometimes hard to troubleshoot the root cause of failure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filling in the gap between rigid non-flexible system and users'needs. Saved substantial man-hours.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good product. Be careful when working with the representatives from their new branch offices (business process issues).

Automation Anywhere is a robust solution to quick build and deploy robots for process automation. This is a complete and robust solution for such work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I really don´t have any identified downsides. This is really an outstanding tool.

Take a thorough assessment and design phase to scan potential processes to automatize before really start with the tool

automation anywhere is very easy to adapt to and use. It is user friendly and it is a powerful tool that cuts hours of work into couple minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation anywhere isn’t like your typical programming system. It is a simple drag and drop and there are very few coding needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is literally cutting thousands of manual hours down. It has saved so much time and money for all financial institutions.

Yes it is very easy tool to use to document process maps.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere makes it easy for those new to Automation to jump in an learn while on the job. It does not require a specific degree or training to begin using the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
One item that gets me each time I use it is the screen resolution and screen size. I use a large wide screen monitor but need to remember to change the zoom of my web browsers to 100% and use the same resolution each time I use the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this software to relieve pressure from our full time employee and reduce the need to add to our headcount by adding automation slowly as business picks up.
