Automation Anywhere- One of the best robotic process automation tools in the market
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about this tool is the ease of development of a process. The simple drag-and-drop feature is beneficial, plus the support service is also excellent. Every 1-2 years the team comes up with a new update which is a good thing. The new A360 has many features that are almost at par with the best automation tools currently in the market. The BotInsight and discovery bot are genuinely some of the most excellent additions to AA and help make the best use of the device with the analytics and to discover what all processes we can look to automate
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I feel Automation Anywhere still lacks is the seamlessness and debugging capabilities. When you try debugging a code, it doesn't show what is happening in the sub-bots used in the main task. The team needs to work on that. The second thing I feel A360 lacks as compared to other automation tools, is communication between runners and Control Room. I have observed that sometimes the schedules don't run or skip some iterations without any error
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated various processes across different business unit's including HR ops, Assets, Claims etc. The main benefit according to me is reduced employee effort and the time taken to complete the process is reduced by a significant amount if automated correctly. Not only that it minimizes human errors and works 24X7.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pan out your use cases beforehand to get the maximum benefit of this tool. Take maximum use of the discovery bot to see which processes can be automated and also generate the processes design documents

What do you like best about the product?
I like your user interface. It makes all things super simple and versatile for building workflow bots. I also like how it automates processes repeatable tools, their functionalities can be used extremely easily and if it is difficult it doesn't cost much to learn. The meta-bots functionality is also available for the testing of API integration. It fits as well with Micro Soft Excel, which is another advantage when you deal with this platform so more people work with Excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool appears to be a tool for creation. You will make your fan base much more helpful if you are able to boost your usage of another teammate. I've found some programs are being loaded too slowly and I've also seen somewhat few Excel commands, however minor drawbacks can be changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I tried to create mobile apps and other API test resources to run bots. In essence, the question is whether the environment is in good shape and manual labor is restricted. Since we use it as a holistic approach for automating business processes and administrative functions, it is very convenient and efficient and we have never thought of any other option and hence continue to use it.

I recommend it to simplify business processes because it's an excellent and versatile RPA platform that is really appropriate for all kinds of departments and organizations. I make it hard to find instructional videos or forums to ask questions. It is not always possible to contact support and wait for replies.

This system has simplified the automation of the sales process in our company.

It reduced totally our employee dependency on our daily tasks. Simple to create bots. Our works are completing on time with accurate results.
What do you dislike about the product?
More options should be included in the Email sending option. A one-click email send will be a little difficult to insert in some bots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AA, we are using mainly for employee performance review. Before we use to do it manually using an excel sheet. Now, created our new workflow using AA bots, which made our work easy. AA will send auto notification and a reminder to all employees, managers as per workflow until it completes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
AA will make your life easier, especially for companies that have routine and daily tasks. Before implementing AA in our organization we use to have meetings every day and also issues, until one employee completes his work we cant move to next. If you are not ready to procure AA, at least give a try, I challenge you will really like it and also it will make your work easy and effective.

What do you like best about the product?
It has many special server and functionality features. Here are some of the analytics and machines to handle intense workouts. This has made it easy for us to process documents, we do not need to look for customer data in other sources, we are comfortable, as we store all customers' information in their IQ bot, and send quotations to our customers quickly, if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often it works well but needs to be more efficient in order to have flawless support. I have sometimes issues with this method. I have difficulty uploading documents sometimes. I tried to import and stuck files badly. Even, over time, the tempo is slowing, paperwork is really being processed slowly. Another thing I don't like is its price, as it is a little pricey, which makes it difficult to use it comfortably for an individual or a small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I got rid of the regular activities which were the most common, creating receipts and purchasing orders for our financial reactions. I enjoy its monitoring capability, the tracking of a certain procedure is very simple and I can even produce reports in real time. I typically receive a large quantity of the data which needs to be manually stored in earlier periods. Then I became aware of machine automation everywhere, which allowed me to handle all my Manuwadi tasks easily and easily. This tool helped me to generate data for the creation of ML models in order to train certain statistics.

It is easy to adapt to every company, so I will propose it to everyone. It's a brilliant automation innovation. What do you like best about the product?
It has the gui that is simple to set up. In this tool, we can conveniently design and deliver our quotations to our customers fast. We do not need to manually insert the data now. It's got bot discovery, bot discovery, bot discovery, etc. The most significant thing is that it presents all of our issues with cognitive solutions. It saves me time placed with one click to place customer orders. I love its recording functionality, which amazingly speeds up process mapping.

Since we purchased it and even in its assembly and service, we had no issues. It performs very well and delivers reliable services. I don't need this tool right now. I also still find their team sensitive if I encounter any challenges, and let me solve my problems in seconds. We also felt that its price is very high, and that is really the only negative thing.

One of the key points about using this platform was that you never worried of the activities that could automatically be processed, while the technology does this for us. The drag-and-drop feature is the most impressive feature. It was very easy to catch this user interface feature. It helps developers to choose the reverse coding language so quickly during the development of the robot.

What do you like best about the product?
RPA is mostly useful for everyone daily repeated tasks which can be automated too easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
In RPA we don't have any internal brain so that it can decide which task to be done first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UI testing is one of the most widely used technique which can be done by RPA. Bots are performing the repeating process makes the tedious jobs easier.
Best Automation tool for automating daily usual scripting process.
What do you like best about the product?
It's a better and more user-friendly tool than Jenkins or other automated scripting tools. Good for running automation test scenarios, copy DB and hosting into servers, and all sorts of daily small IT automation tasks.

I have used the RPA tool as a user and haven't created any workflow so far, but would like to recommend more templates for different automation setup as UiPath provides.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the best part of AA is AARI. Which we used in workflow management and user dashboard. Again BOT insight is a strong analytical tool. In parallel, Fast coding, providing good quality, and The only RPA tool to have master "intelligence" with IQBots.
What do you dislike about the product?
Another variable type, like an array or list, which can be dynamically changed and we Can't create an IQ bot for web automation. These few points I dislike in the tool in which AA can come up with new solution builds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are facing a lot of manual work in the manufacturing industry for invoice processing. Using IQ BOT and task BOT we overcome the business pain area.

I dislike the screen recorder. It is hard to maintain a stable build when the html coding is dynamic. when the recorder is unable to reasd a static url the bot crashes resulting in an unreliaable build
