Very useful RPA tool: AA
What do you like best about the product?
The RPA tool which we were looking for. I've implemented these RPA bots in many departments and it's very useful. Mainly I am using bots for monitoring and sending alerts to all concerned users. Before 3 users were working on this but now all automated. All our tasks are completed on time without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a little high compared to other RPA tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This RPA tool completely reduced all our bottleneck tasks.

Very reliable tool for development and automation of heavy processes
What do you like best about the product?
I like this tool because it's very reliable and it's easy to create the bot area and custom command capabilities for certain cases that are complex, I like the way it integrates our routine data and the solution workflows are great without having specific code, Automation Anywhere has many AI and machine learning programming features that help us a lot to manage the workflow with many functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
We only experienced some problems with the browser and extensions, that's the only thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a very useful and intuitive tool and easy to work with, it has been incredible for both experts and non-developers, we were able to automate processes without human intervention using artificial intelligence in an accessible way and thus we were able to reduce failures.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this tool, it is very good and you can train yourself on its platform with great resources and implementation costs could be reduced.

What do you like best about the product?
I've made all my critical daily digital tasks automated. Downloading employees' details from HR toll and uploading it into the IT onboarding tool was a manual task before and very much dependency on users was there. After implementing this tool I made this automation now all details all updating automatically and on time without any issues. Web recording action item is very useful Just drag and drop the available action items to create bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very useful automation tool and a Very interactive customer support team any issues I will get immediate rectify for it. So no issues till now.

What do you like best about the product?
Deactivating users' access on the exit day was really a challenging and critical task for me before. Using the Automation Anywhere RPA tool I've implemented a bot to make this task automated. Now, this tool will remove users' access on time without any issues a perfect and simple RPA tool. This can be used without any technical knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure why sometimes bots will stop running without throwing any notification. I am working with the AA support team to fix this issue. Hopefully, this will fix asap.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this tool because it shows its potential and it is cloud software and one of the best in the market. I like that it offers a variety of features like monitoring, automation, and bots, and it's usually not complicated at all, so anyone can use it easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool is enough to automate our processes and so far there are no problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The overall experience with this RPA has been very good, we developed a workflow for repetitive processes and there are no more time-consuming processes we were able to easily develop bots that take care of the heavy lifting, unlike other RPAs, this one is more simple.

Automation Anywhere is better than the competition, seriously, go ahead and implement it.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool makes it albe for us to do things that we could not do with our current workforce. We now automate tasks that we used to need fte´s for. This is the biggest win for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you start to use a new tool or platform you need to keep in mind that it needs a learning curve and that there is a certain investment needed to get to achieve your goals. This is true for Automation anywhere because it´s so comperhensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem was that we needed a lot of employees to solve easy and simple tasks. These employees are hard to find, switch from their job often and with the help we automated processes so that we are able to do our work with less employees in the end.

- It has free community version for students, which is very helpful for students who can't afford paid version.
- Another thing I liked the most is that you can use whole software on your browser, no need to download anything.

I haven't found any issue using this software. Everything is fine!

You will need to add some delays to avoid errors or exceptions.

I like the ease of use, its functionality through easy UI navigation is great and integration with other systems was easy, plus Automation Anywhere is well organized to get you started with RPA, I liked its many features in a single user interface and its easy to understand is amazing.

Currently, I don't see anything that I don't like, there are no disadvantages with AA.

Automation Anywhere is mainly used for automating repetitive tasks and document creation and thus avoiding constant errors. That was the solution.

You will like it because it is well documented and its interface is excellent, it is a great RPA solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Access review was the main and critical task for us before using AA I created bots and made all our access review automation. Now, no need to depend on any users to complete the review. This was very important for all audits which leads to major non-conformance. Now, since all my reviews are completed automatically we easily complete audits. This is just one example, using this AA tool I've implemented many bots in our company. Best automation tool available in the market.

Very useful and helpful automation tool for me. Helped to get tasks completed on time. I didn't face any major issues with this AA tool till now. Minor issues will be always there and we will face them if we use any tools.

Mainly considering tasks' criticality and discussing with management I will create bots to reduce bottleneck operations.
