What do you like best about the product?
The training material is very extensive and has helped me get started with RPA.
What do you dislike about the product?
Website times out after a while, so if you are researching or trying something it can be irritating having to re login/refresh the website
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None as yet but we are working on removing mundane and monotones tasks to help staff focus on more beneficial tasks.
Knowledge required for almost zero use
What do you like best about the product?
I like Automation Anywhere because it provides me with all the possible material to be self-taught and self-sufficient in using the tool. With the ease of use that the product possesses, I am delighted because if a tool doesn't speed up my learning, then it wouldn't be useful to me. Another thing I quite like is that it is divided into modules, so the work can be delegated very easily, and users and administrators can work comfortably.
What do you dislike about the product?
The truth is that I don't dislike it at all, if a person from IT indicates that they don't like it, they possibly don't know what hard work is or that hours of processing weigh on them, personally I love challenges and one of mine is to be able to complete a fully automated process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now I am in the process of testing in banking, an example of a process I need to test is the loading of values from Excel to their web system, the process takes hours for the person and the goal is for it to be completed in minutes and without user errors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
So far, I am not seeing any possible competition to the product in terms of experience, support, and training.

The depth of knowledge provided from the business perspective is very important

Advanced OCR capabilities are provided only through the purchase of specific IQ bots

We are automating manual repetitive tasks, reducing FTE time and errors. We have set up an RPA CoE in order to achieve our goals

I believe AA is certainly on of the top 3 choices for RPA software with the best online training by far

The variable manager is needs more flexibility whereby we can see impact of variable change in entire code.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an RPA tool that allow people with very few, to no knowing at all in programmation to make a robot to help them in repetitive everyday tasks. You can interract with almost every program that have a graphical interface
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a developper, so I think it lacks a little bit of code to get some flexibility, and I think it could be more visual by adding a system of flowchart for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
copying and sorting excel datas.
AA is very good to automatize boring repetitive tasks that don't require reflexion, to populate an excel, or to update some files, it's very fast.
It's also very good for interractif with a web page thought a web browser.

It's pretty good if you don't know anything about programming.
It lacks maybe a little of graphical representation, but it's not a realy big problem because each line in the program is a step, that will be executed in the order in which they are written.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is very user friendly! And very intuitive. Even a non technical user can use this tool easily.

Nothing as such. I don't find anything to dislike

There is few bugs when we are connecting excel as a database it is taking time to release the session even after disconnecting the database connection

We automate Site integration project it easy from AA as the process are more complex and most of excel operation

The Support which AA is providing is awesome, they help in fixing the issues asap and also assistance related to the product if good.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the current version we are using we see couple of limitations and we heard those are fixed in higher version which will be very helpful to us.

Currently working on IQ bot related issues,scheduling issues related to RDP based approach.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, one stop solution for all rule base and repetitive process. Now IQ bot is one step ahead in game help to think like human and take decision in control environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequent upgradation however this to keep remain in game.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All present we have automated approx 50 processes and resulted in man your saving of 20 FTE in just one year. Huge potential and this number will multiple in 3 to 5 fold in next year.
