Automation Anywhere - Awesome
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is the easy to use bot creator tools with a side panel that lists all the available functions so you have a quick way to access the abundance of functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training, while insightful, is a bit traditional in terms of online video training. I think the YouTube approach or similar video style is probably more modern and enjoyable. For instance, a speaker walking through a lesson, maybe even visible in a medium shot in between topics or a web cam. I believe regardless of the exact method, there can be better ways to keep the student engaged, it is a long training to cover and needs to retain that excitement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with other platforms like Salesforce and Oracle Peoplesoft and use these tools to communicate, manage client data, and query reports. We will be using AA to relieve employees from the mundane routine clicks and typing and have bots quickly handle regular day to day so more judgement calls can be made and answers/solutions can be relayed to clients with more efficiency and effectiveness.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the tool itself. I am trained as developer and ran out support team for a year and I find that the tool does very well automating processes at an enterprise level.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been quite a few instances as of later of inconsistent service from AA and look forward to working with them to see what we can to do improve this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High volumes transaction work. Reduced expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
That it is easy to use, you do not have to be a programmer to use this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it still has some limitations, like being able to access certain programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team has to pour through hundreds of lines of data looking for variations. It's a tedious process. With Automation Anywhere, we get the software to do most of the hard work for us, leaving us with the results that we can then use to make decisions.
It is indeed to move to RPA, it is indeed to go for Automation Anywhere.
What do you like best about the product?
Each step that is starting from POC, Control room setup, implementation of RPA platform, expert service are really very good. And the most positive side is the query handling, it is really having a great customer centricity.
What do you dislike about the product?
As such there is not any specific dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Routine, repetitive and rule based activities started to cover under RPA platform. As a part of befit mainly, we able to reduce the person dependency where actually it is not required and enable team to do more fruitful and relevant assignments. This also built the trust in automation.
AA easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
AA is a very easy to use software and very intuitive. This software will help you automate simple, and not so simple, task that take precious time of your work day. Even though the software is very easy to use, Automation Anywhere University will teach you and your team everything you need to know to start automating. The software also already has lots of commands at your disposal so you can focus on what is really important
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good. Even with simple tutorials you can do great thing using AA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used it to automati forms filling, where I used to have the client request in excel and had to register that on the company software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You and your team will find it very easy to use. Plus, AA university will teach you everything you need with losts of courses for you to take.

The speed of implementation means that you can realize return on investment quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the processes involved, there is a benefit to doing process improvement rather than automating inefficient ones.

Helped clients to reduce re-keying of data from one system to another.
Software that makes life easy for users of processes
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that the system has a drag and drop funtionality making it easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the requirement templates are not easy to understand
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoice and sales order creation, I have discovered that the time to create the processes have reduced greatly by 20%

It is an easy to deploy and use software and meets most the needs of organisations looking to implement automation
Friendly user interface
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about AAE is the user interface which is quite friendly and intuitive. Besides, almost all the activities available in the client are self-explained.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like not having the possibility of doing variable operations with default variables from the AAE Client. For a basic example, most of the times I need to create local variables just for count lines in Excel, because I can't do operations with the $counter$ from the Loop command. Besides that, it would be nice to have the possibility of reading an .txt file entirely to a variable without structuring it in columns data, I mean having all text in one string. Also would be nice to have an command like the “GoTo Line” that you could use for example inside a loop command. Of course that there are many work arounds about what I said, but they are suggestions!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving problems on compairing and working with data between different platforms (web; sap: etc) and on processing a lot of data in Excel using the bots, working with structured data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
AAC is very easy to use and to implement. If you follow al the rules for a good base implement of RPA this is one of the best products on the RPA market nowadays. The control room offers you many possibilities and also you can retrieve much information about the rentability of your bots using ROI.

It has almost all the features that can automate the business process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the object cloning works little different or it takes time to understand what am missing while using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Am solving Finance business process using the bots, it really makes me to develop and automate the work done by analysts using the bots.
