What do you like best about the product?
that can be connected to any platform
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it loses focus on the html and does nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are making a direct connection to Oracle

know the full potential of the tool, reduce licensing costs since there are small clients who cannot afford such an expensive license or in the case of business it is not profitable

Although machine learning (self learning) is an attribute of bots created in AA, not much details are given in Training program

To create bots is very easy and there are a lot of connectors, the easy way to connect to other systems and the many different architectures that can be used in a client.

That the PDF OCR recognition is not very powerful, The price is sometimes a challenge among other RPA vendors

Entering Sales Invoices to SAP, Payments consolidations,

Ease to learn, but many options for advanced scripting.

Bugs that affect the feasibility of using the product, such as windows showing in drop downs that are not currently active

Automation Anywhere makes automation building easy to learn - with no prior coding experience required. While the tool is easy to learn, this does not mean it returns only simple solutions. Advanced, complex process are candidates for automation with AA.

The easy way to complete a lot of tasks and automate

nothing to dislike, the instruction and the explanation video are very detailed

We have automated many processes with significant effort, and we have reinvested the time spent on this process into other processes and in developing other RPAs.

The diversity of the documents provided and clean/neat description of all concepts are the most important parts for me

There may be more applied exercises. Documents are good enough to understand but applience make ypu remember longer the solutions you have learned

Any process that made by a regulat employe on the frontend applications can be automatized by AA RPA. Regular reports, data extraction, automated mails etc
AAE is the best automation suite I've studied
What do you like best about the product?
I conducted a few trials between coworkers, with developers and business analysts and the platform is very intuitive, easy to use. It gets a little complicated at first with bots, but then it's great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it's too heavy for older PCs. I'd love a lite solution so anyone can run automation scripts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very easy to automate any web based platform such as an ERP. Test data creation is delightful if you use a proper bot, which you can build in just a few minutes.

Make sure your PCs are powerful. It's very resource consuming, but totally worth it.
