Lack of 99% trust in the object cloning command. Poor interaction with Excel.

All around a great tool for automating bots. Have lots of good features where some tools do not have

Vision bots which are very helpful in automating ocr and also with the new AI included features are really good. Storing it into the repository is a very good thing. Now with the new mobile app feature it is growing in a awesome level..

Separate license cost for everything. Certification is also cost. It would be good if it is free .

Not that much. I havent fully utilised it in our organisation. I have done few POC's

Simple tool for RPA and artificial intelligence
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple with minimal training and is flexible.
I like its integration with artificial intelligence through IQ BOT. Thanks to the Metabots it facilitates the automation with web pages and the technical support is fast.
It has a control room where you can check the status and movements of the robots, with this we see at a glance all the work that is being done.

What do you dislike about the product?
Performing treatments with PDFs does not work fine, the version I tried was a bit unstable and it gave me some unexpected closure. The selectors / path of the elements are not very manageable and you can not edit everything we would like.
The use of the debug mode is rudimentary and you do not control the step by step flow well.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have carried out several concept tests (POC) in which we have tested their functionalities in small processes, mainly web application automation and Excel files, of the accounting department.
In general, RPA tools make companies save staff time and the processes that can be done through Automation Anywhere can automate the web and applications, and thanks to their artificial intelligence facilitates these tasks.

It is easy to use once you learn to do RPA, you have a community behind, this is appreciated, the interface of development and management is friendly.

is one of the best tools for the creation of automatic processes, given its easy handling for desktop applications and its recorders that allow you to save a good amount of time, since you are adding actions for each movement or action that is made on the screen, the only thing that would be good is the practice in different environments to be familiar with the different actions such as metabots

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of access,time saving and good in managing the window controls and Response from the AAsupport is quick regards to the issue resolving.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be better if we write python code or xml coding and there are issues with capturing the images while automating if that could be resolved then will be even better.If the resolution could be set as constant then the bots can execute quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
with the use of automation we can multitask the workflow. so that the time delay is reduced and can deliver the product on time.If the time delay is reduced we can work on the other aspects of the workflow and we could focus on the exploring additional benefits through the automation.
AA is more stable than its competitors
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is more stable and more affordable than it's competitors. AA barely crashes. Comparably, it may not be as robust but AA forces you to think of alternative ways to solve a problem and forces you to use best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
In order to inject code into AA, you can use Metabots that interface with a DLLs. AA does not have any means to build the DLL from within. DLL compilation must be done through external software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Automation Anywhere to scape data for a legacy system in order to generate letters for mailing purposes. We also implemented this process using UiPath. Automation Anywhere was able to complete the process quicker than UiPath. primary because AA forces you to use best practices.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to save money, AA may be the best option. AA may not be a robust as UiPath, however, AA forces the developers to keep it simple and follow best practices.
A game changing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Automatión Anywhere as a developer in my job, in six months i have seen that this program has a lot of versatility, it allow you to share information between programs, run an excel macro with downloaded data sql server data in seconds, and later transfer the result to a secure ftp.

What do you dislike about the product?
I had a problem in the beginning with the installation, when i tried to run it only worked for a few minutes and then it closed alone, i had to ask to reinstall the program, and after that its has been working great until now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that automation solves anywhere is the time it saves in the execution of many tasks, there are some robots that are deployed early in the morning, validate the existence of files and run the process or send emails asking if they are missing . The versatility of the program makes the problems fall in the resolution capacity of the developer, that is the limit.

There are a lot of posible configurations, ask a lot, it can do a lot of things.

object cloning is main preferable in automation anywhere. Easy to access the tool for freshers. various modules helps us automate well

email sending is disable in this tool. And need to update on window controls as well.
