A good web-based development experience
What do you like best about the product?
- Development environment: The Automation Anywhere 360, as it is completely web-based, avoids the need to carry out local software installations to develop automation flows. In addition, it constantly receives version updates and improvements.
- IQ Bot: It has been a fantastic option for handling unstructured data and pattern recognition.
- Implementation of the architecture: In addition to Automation Anywhere Enterprise to have the option of on-premises installation, the cloud version of the Control Room eliminates the need to worry about local infrastructure, purchasing Windows licenses, configuring networks and support.
- License: The license sales model is simplified and objective. The prices of the items contained in each package are always explicit, unlike other suppliers for which it is necessary to analyze excess details in order to choose the appropriate license.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although the Actions of Automation Anywhere Workbench (web-based development environment) are intuitive and exist in great volume, there are still some simple operations when working with tables. Another point is that it is not always possible to extract the results of a processing to a desired format (without having to perform many steps), such as XLSX instead of CSV.
The design part of the flowcharts could improve as well. Because even if you use a large monitor to view them, they still take up a lot of space, making it difficult to see the flow as a whole during development. So using the list view option seems to be preferred by most developers, although I would like the idea of using the visual feature more.
The Automation Anywhere could improve the Remote Desktop experience by developing some kind of extension, just like other vendors do.
It should be noted that the few bugs I found in the tool are resolved over the months and the constant updates that Automationa Anywhere provides.

Automation Anywhere fits well in solving most process problems for various departments of the company. It has been stable in SAP automation, database, webservices, spreadsheets and browser scraping.

Automation Anywhere Enterprise is a market leader and deserves the position it is in. It is a mature solution for deployment development and meets the security requirements of the most demanding customers.
In addition to the extensive documentation of the solution, they offer a range of training courses in several languages (which help to understand everything from the conception of the automation of a process, to support) and its community of users/developers is very active.
Another positive point is that license costs are more affordable than other competing providers.
One point to be aware of is the support team's SLA. The help is not always that fast, but it is usually very efficient. This should be taken into account especially if you are going to develop automation of critical processes or with little time until delivery.
In summary, I highly recommend choosing Automation Anywhere as an RPA solution provider. In projects where I implemented it, the ROI used to be achieved in a short time.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere has enabled me to learn about Robotic Process Automation and helped me gain certifications and become certified, which adds to my profile. Automation Anywhere is an excellent place to learn about RPA.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere provides valid lifetime certifications. It would be better if they would have an expiry of the certificates to keep learning due to the expiry dates.

Automation Anywhere enables us to improve our systems and make life easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is user friendly tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The stability of bot in newer version could be improved . You can try to bring in more stability as now you are the top 3 tools in the market and you can attaract more customers for this tool. But i truly believe that with its improving nature it will move take over the lead position in RPA market.

We are trying to automate the repetitive business process and it is helping us realise FTE saving , cost saving, time saving for process automated . Even the unstructure document are able to handle by IQBot of Automation Anywhere. I have been on the table while understanding the license cost along with other tool provider as well but it believe no top 3 tools can beat its pricing .
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a top most used tool because of its user friendly and good after sales support. The tool is now available via Cloud which reduces to setup application in specific machine. This build is mostly stable and there are some areas of improvement which i belive the Automation Anywhere team is building on. If you compare the cost , it will come into the bucket of your organisation budget.

It would be great if there are many tutorials to build projects on the documentation page. It would be great for newcomers to get motivation.

It becomes easy to automate the daily tasks. It is helping us to work with MS excel and automating the mail sending functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere RPA is the future of humans. IT gives machines capability to think and do tasks as humans. Major upside is that human error will be eliminated as it will work in an algorithm with precision. As the world is getting automatic in near future it will help us to create Robots which can do majority of human work

It takes huge lot of harwork and precision to design the alogirthm. A small mistake can cost huge. It s also costly and requires lots of time to develop

Presicion works where human error can happen is eliminated by using this. In industries it is used widely to save time and do presicion manufacturing

What do you like best about the product?
I like lots of essential features that make automation anywhere stand out from the market of RPA. Also, it gives advanced features like meta bots, IQ availability, web automation, citrix, also mechanism of error handling. It has become our go-to tool for any RPA project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have far observed simple few things that I wouldn't say I liked while using automation anywhere. It doesn't extract the data of the scanned document is not accurate even after deploying OCR engines available. Also, I feel its pricing options could be more flexible & should be decided.

Automation anywhere was used to migrate files, automate data, or import/export data between databases—the file system of the customer application. The RPA of this process was costly. The tool has helped in bringing profitability for our team and organization in terms of time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
RPA dramatically reduces the dependency on resources to increase efficiency and reduce errors. It also helps in situations where the resource crunch is at a high. With the increase in the project workload and shortage of skilled workforce, part of the ongoing maintenance task could be outsourced but requires monitoring, with RPA eliminated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the aspects of deployment cannot be automated and still require manual intervention. Outsourcing was helpful for specific tasks, but getting RPA implemented has been challenging, especially with the limited knowledge base.

Most of the laborious KTLO tasks have been automated with the RPA deployment

What do you like best about the product?
There is a significant improvement in efficiency in using RPA for automation. It helps to achieve greater productivity to drive innovation and growth. Using RPA and AI almost eliminates any human error. Although there is an upfront investment, the benefits of RPA prove that RPA is a value for money solution. Low turnover with more employee happiness and customer retention.

RPA is very expensive. It requires the person to have a good amount of technical knowledge to onboard on RPA. With robots, most humans fear that there could be job loss as it meets almost all needs instead of supporting humans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been exploring RPA for a while and plan to use it primarily for UI automation, as flaky tests are a big concern, and there would be significant efficiency to increase the automation test coverage over time.
