What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Development in Automation Anywhere. No need to have any technical background to use this tool( Good for non technical people)
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't customize our own codes(like Blue Prism) in Automation anywhere. Very rigid tool. We are forced to use inbuilt AA commands. But in A2019, I have heard we can customize using different codes. So that's an improvement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tax and Assurance Automation, Invoice matching processes.

Healthcare, IT related & Finance. It is saving a lot of time for our clients & good part for us the developers is its very easier to automate repetitive task using various commands

Best automation Application for beginner as well as for professional.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps to beginner because it has easy interface. And it also has very efficient functionality of drag and drop commands which makes easier for the developers. It is very help full to get rid of regular and repetitive task. Scheduler in automation anywhere is one to the best functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't supports json and sometimes due to slow internet connection it takes lot of time to open the interface.

Converting a lot of pdf to excel sheets daily. As i have the same format of pdf generated on regular bases automation has helped me to save my time for daily headache and does my job of converting pdf to excel.

What do you like best about the product?
Great product for customers,The user friendly interface enables a quick learning process by any developer, and the ability to interact with virtually any system. Automation Anywhere delivers to the promise of automating repetitive mundane activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
•Object cloning - This component seems to be unstable in version 10.7. We have run tests in version 11.2 and they seem to work much better there. During development/test cycles it is common to see object cloning components that were working previously stop full of a sudden. In these cases we usually migrate those components to metabots. •Control Room - Enabling the ability to customize it would be a great addition. In version 10.7 we need to pay attention to the URL to differentiate between Dev, QA, and Prod. We could also use the function to create our own custom dashboards. •Give metabots the ability to work with objects in applications running on a terminal server. This functionality would be a great help to developers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It will be useful in Exam branch and other administrative works which are repetitive.

IT IS VERY GOOD PRODUCT FOR AUTOMATION AND THIS WILL BE USEFUL FOR ANY INDUSTRY YOU ARE WORKING FOR.Automation Anywhere is a great tool. We have purchase the functions to enable automation of the repetitive, rules-based activities.The user friendly interface enables a quick learning process by any developer, and the ability to interact with virtually any system.SO I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS.
