One of the Most Proficient Enterprise RPA Tool on the Market at the moment
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is easy on eyes, and the readily available commands at Developer's hands is a blessing.The control room is great addition for repository management and provides an easy way to manage the bots in production and development.I have had a very satisfactory experience over the past year since transitioning to Automation anywhere from an inferior tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are hidden in the layered structure and hence take time to find until we get a hold of the tool, a large portion of my time in the beginning went towards finding the desired command from the available ones.Users should be given more free room for development on the IQ bot, at the moment it feels like everything is done by itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do Healthcare automation from Automation Anywhere. Since we've migrated to Automation Anywhere, our solutions have become a lot more fast paced and easier on the dev team and our bot production and efficiency rates have gone up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation Anywhere is the best RPA tool for the Big companies that have large enterprises and big processes. The ability to automate through this tool is beyond the ones I've worked on before.It is very convenient and modern for RPA.

What do you like best about the product?
Its simpleness and using the client is user friendly. I liked the way usage of client and syntax of each commands are and how well we can make use of tool well. Looking forward to use IQ bots
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing commands in metabot and many things does not work as expected. Its SVN capability is not good or no control of different version os same code by different bot creators

Most of finance which are structured data and repetative jobs

It is good tool to use if the data is structured and process is streamlined. It can do magic for all processed which are repetative and in same daily jobs

Object Cloning and Terminal emulator but can improve in technologies such as flex,etc..

The self-evidentness of the application's functioning makes it easy to automate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The code does not always look transparent which results in difficult tracking of loops and if-statements. The limited possibility to add metadata does not help as well.

Standardized input activities within one or more applications

Some basic knowledge about the logic behind encoding (think of loops, if-statements, the use of variables) is necessary to automate with use of Automation Anywhere

What do you like best about the product?
I got to know something new and really want to know more or learn more about this & on this. I made some really nice bots which made my work easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the work was really boring and I had to do same things again and again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can take any table data online and save it into the system very efficiently. Normally this work will take many hours for a big table but by creating a bot and showing it how to do that process, it makes our work easier and takes very less time as compared to a person.

Everyone should at least try it and see that these things are also possible.

What do you like best about the product?
The simple way of coding, user friendly, robust, scalable, integration capabilities, ROI. the ability to integrate other technolgies is an added advantage like SQL, .net dlls, macros, scrips. it gives you a ability to work freely based on the requirement. The meta bots and iqbots are advance technolgies. which i have yet to try more hand on that, but the showed capabilities of those are futuristic
What do you dislike about the product?
Highly Dynamic automations, image processing automation are not reliable. The pain point is the image processing, where you are unable to get good OCR results, and scanned images less dpi values are messy. its very hard to process the image based projects. the string opeartions to extract the values in ocr projects are working not as expected. more precisioned controles required. the machine learning capabilties of IQ Bots has be refined in accuracy. The complex process accuracy is little concern as the manual works remains more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of all manual rule based works, trying to solve image processing work. There is lot of work will save if we achieve efficiency in image processing. working on main frame, SAP, Citrix environments, more option in these segements are required to achive efficiency.

Cost effective, best for short term solutions. Needs to be improvised on Image processing and dynamic application handling capabilities, it gives you a ability to work freely based on the requirement. New RBAC for credentials and lockers, RDP based deployment, possibility to extend with IQBot, supports clustered environment, REST API available for integration with external systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of LDAP groups integration, RDP based deployments not stable, complicated permissions managements, buggy documentation or lack of it, no audit trail for IQBot

What do you like best about the product?
I liked this platform primarily because of creative automation solutions provided by it. The different automation tools like smart recorder, object recorder, web recorder makes all tasks requiring human supervision completely automated, this means peace of mind, saves money and also helps us to use human brains on more mission critical tasks

In think the product is nearly perfect, but would be great to see improvements to make the automation with voice commands

I completely solved the problem of video stream recording and forwarding immediately after I stream to twich platform, I was able to deliver good content within time to all of my fanbase
