Good Product but needs lot of improvements
What do you like best about the product?
Below are the things i like the most about the tool:
1. Image reorganization.
2. On the go run of task
3. Working with citrix environment.
4. Ease of using the commands.

What do you dislike about the product?
Below things needs to improvised :
1. Excel commands (they are way too less, not even save excel command) very disappointing.
2. Lots of unsolved bug even by support ( Like : Soap web service bug, Open excel command bug(doesn't load addins, Treating excel as db (it hangs the system) ,Cannot use authentication in REST webservice, Task doesn't remember the last line where it was used, Status changes to unknown when running from control room ).

I have automated various Business processes benefiting huge FTE savings and improving efficiency to a great extent and reducing the total Estimated Turn Around time per transaction.

Fast to learn, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI of the AAE Client and the possibilities that it provides. The basic functionalities and the logic were easy to learn even for a non-technical person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that the launch website function is configured only to Internet Explorer. It also seems that the tool prefers IE, where as I don't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to cut down on mundane, manual processes and have been able to free up time for other employees to do more productive work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The AAE Client is very easy to use, even for a non-technical person (business background).
Awesome Learning Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The innovative way of learning, the gamification of training, the logical MCQs were the best part of Automation Anywhere University courses. I loved the tool, compared to other tools. I have been working with RPA tools, the simplicity of AA makes it the best choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such specific.I would like to hear python integration in coming version. Also a GUI based workflow kind of tool will make it more than awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Developing bots for invoice processing. Data aggregation, validating the data point based on the regular pattern. Storing data into multiple ERPs. Account Handling in retail.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If it is that you are starting with any RPA tool, I would strongly recommend starting with Automation Anywhere, the SAP integration and the metabots section makes it stand different from all competitive tools.
At a higher level, don't forget to give a try to IQ bots. The development and management of bots with Automation Anywhere is more than simpler.

What do you like best about the product?
Control room is easy to use, start and plan bot task actions. Integration to device and license management is also easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be a automatic functionality to transport new bot task versions between control room, escpecially if someone is using several dev and qa instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If there is a need to have several actions between different applications like web portal, SAP and some office excel, which cannot be done by some application integrations.

The wide range of features and commands for automation. The ease of automating from the simplest tasks to the most complex ones. The friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ocr reader does not correspond very well with reality compared to other automation tools, besides some tasks should be easier to develop using excel commands
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending and receiving emails, extracting information from pdf files, fulfilling forms and worksheets

The tool will facilitate repetitive tasks, besides it will reduce costs
Trust me, go for this tool without any second thoughts !!!
What do you like best about the product?
AA have a very fast support feed back, comprehensive training session during the implementation, online training e social network place called AA People, bot-store where you can download an learn from experienced developers which to my mind is for sure the best way of speed up the learning curve. Web automation is pretty easy to deploy and reliable due the of use the Xpath feature available
What do you dislike about the product?
The java forms interaction is a bit painful and slower if compared with API/ web automation, also i have seen in the market another vendors which are using better technology to manipulate Java objects. Additionally the price is something which can be worked on as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many repetitive task were automated in various oracle EBS modules and also Web automation, desktop software data extraction and upload , the robot can completed within minutes. This saves time and increases accuracy and as consequence lead to better customer service.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For my experience, 15 years with automation and 3 RPA competitors, It is a great tool to have and frankly one of the best I have used so far, off course to make it work properly requires times and you will need at least one dedicated person to become an expert on it, having a Center of Excellence model also would help to achieve great results, save your time and money. It's a great product and we are satisfied with what we have accomplished until now.

What do you like best about the product?
AA is a simple and plug and play type tool. This can be used by any non coding experience person in the organization who has basic system knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now I am exploring the product more and more.

Currently I am using this for my regular Business Systems Sustaining Work. In multiple processes where repetitive tasks performed by IT support team , are automated.

The object cloning/ metaboot could work in mapping screens on the terminal server.

Extracting reports, executing manual processes, input some data on the oracle... We save time to the people to work in the others activities.
