Automation Anywhere - Most Complet RPA Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Committed to the evolution of the Digital Workforce through RPA, Cognitive and Analytics.
First in the market with bot store, cognitive RPA and analytics. Definitely the most complete RPA tool in the market now. Also have Public APIS, Automation Anywhere University and more.

What do you dislike about the product?
I still did not find anything. I'm still using only RPA and IQBot and they are easy to use and reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT use cases reducing SLA.

Easy to use interface, you don't need to be a developer to understand and use the application, very user friendly. Incredible amount of opportunities for automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I've found the application very beneficial and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Repetitive and "boring" tasks are being automated, allowing us to have our agents to work on more challenging tasks.
Automation Anywhere, a friend for beginners but fails to capture serious users

I really liked the almost none technical requisites to start developing and learning the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like the way their courses are structured and an immense amount of unnecessary information required to go through mainly consisting of filler text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to apply RPA models to small to medium to enterprise service providers so that can cut down their time investment in organizing and optimizing their human resource in order to focus on priority problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this solution if you are fresh into the world of BPO and RPAs.

Invoices creations and SAP transactions automation. It get things done!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It´s one of the bests softwares for RPA, it´s really easy to use and very intuitive. I've studied on UI Path and Automation Workfusion. The Automation Anywhere University could be a little improved because there are just a few courses and some of them you can't find anywhere to complete.

AA makes the Automation coding process so much simpler to understand and utilize.By providing their toolbox of commands, you are able to drag and drop to create, and the recording process is incredibly simple and easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the commands don't work as they should, but there are almost always ways to get around that. And any complaints to AA are responded to and worked on quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating tedious and data driven processes in a Supply Chain environment. AA allows us to become so much more efficient and saves so much time that would've been spent simply transferring or collecting data

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way that anyone, even those without a background in code, can use this to automate mundane tasks that will free up workloads and enable your attention to be better focused elsewhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it can't be applied to every single aspect of my work so I can sit back and go home ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Predominately webscraping which has enabled us to quickly capture industry relevant data and ensure we remain competitive. We also use this to automate daily tasks such as part replacement and running our SQL reports then emailing them out on a weekly basis.

I would certainly recommend using a partner to help support.
