What do you dislike about the product?
The calculation method will change slightly as it is updated.
For example, in a variable operation ,
The '/' symbol is always recognized as a division.
You should always be aware of this part.

In this environment, ‘object cloning’ should be possible to change.

A great tool to allow us to improve business processes and less manual dependent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may take a bit longer time to get one to be familiar on how to optimize the process by avoiding redundancy steps in the programming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To replace repeating manual process by RPA, so that more valuable time provided to manage more valuable tasks or processes that will require human touch.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using the RPA since last Year 2018, it's helped to automate manual processes and no human error. I and team members are able to spend more time on the analysis tasks and other duties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Noticed that the new version of RPA is unable to fully use the existing RPA coding(ATMX file) that created by the old version of RPA. Developer has to test the existing RPA coding (ATMX file) in the new version of RPA and updates RPA coding if necessary. Would like to suggest to come out a tool for RPA file conversion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To automate manual processes, it's saved our times and no human error.

Automation Anywhere is in more into the coding side which gives the feels of doing coding rather than only working in GUI environment, Also the Meta bot and IQ bit concept is very good, Also the integrated Control center system Is very good

nothing to dislike, Product is more into the coding sight so may not be liked by the business user it will be difficult for them to understand

What do you like best about the product?
I like the content very much as it is very accurate and practical uses are more for the information provided. It is the best AA certification I have come across in quite a while, thanks to my college lecturers that they suggested me this. So far I have positive experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too stable on automation and we find lot of bugs in 11x version

Start working on small modules, with one task at a time. Finally integrating the whole thing gives u a great outcome, which we cant even understand until we see it. Lots of option to select from while building, with many inbuilt features and add ons.

Its difficult to search for the interested feature since there are too many.

We have been using it to automate a manual process to get some details for our clients on the claims they have made. Time consumption is greatly reduced now.

There is no way to edit the obj cloning settings run time. For eg adding or deleting filters for a particular object.

System logs in AA keeps growing with time and slows the process overtime.
There are no ways for recovery scenarios in the event of unexpected pop ups etc.

when I switch from for screen to another screen, the cursor position gets lost. It would be much better and easier to save the position while switching from tabs.
Incredible Flexible Automation Power at your Finger Tips
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the ease of use and speed in which you can automate tasks/processes in Automation Anywhere. Not much IT overhead is required, and the vast amount of features such as Metabots and the various commands let you start building automation right out of the box. The bot insights dashboard also makes it incredibly easy to visualize bot productivity and ROI. Tracking failure and audit trails are also incredibly powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is very easy to get started with Automation Anywhere, there is more to be desired in terms of advanced features. Users coming from a technical background may feel very boxed in to the system and the shortage of keyboard shortcuts is disturbing. It is very click and GUI based, meaning developing automation can be cumbersome for processes with many steps involved. It really is surprising how little you can do in terms of keyboard shortcuts. In that regard, it is like the complete opposite of Microsoft excel, where you can use the whole program from the keyboard.

Automation Anywhere enables us to eliminate unproductive, mind numbing busy work that shouldn't be the main task of our amazing workforce. Paper pushers no more, automation anywhere helps streamline workflows and enhance productivity while improving process accuracy and efficiency.

Great for enterprise scale automation. It does not require expert programmers or even a strong technical background to implement. Also, be patient because it may seem quick to utilize the features of Automation Anywhere, yet some aspects of the actual development can be cumbersome and lengthy.
