Tool to make Automation Life Easy.
What do you like best about the product?
Most Important part of the automation anywhere is Simple and user friendly. All the Activity available in Automation anywhere are self explanatory. Easily identify the use of activity. Control Room provides all the reporting functionality very well. In Version 11.3 some advance features are also added like workload management it helps a lot to maintain transaction details. IQ Bot is advanced technique to extract data from formatted as well as unformulated document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to highlight here every thing is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on healthcare domain, we are Automating legacy applications as well as mainframe application. Using Web Service REST API functionality getting request from Service Now API and Accordingly Update available details in Legacy Application. In few Scenario we are extracting details from Excel application using excel activity and Perform some data manipulation and update in mainframe application.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If Possible then Provide Datatype in Variable manager like Datatable which can hold bulk data which we can used on index basis.

What do you like best about the product?
Smart bots that can automatically handle the operations of the entire workforce even without frequent supervision , you just need to feed them the task and the bot will automatically execute them. It provides advanced security options.Automation Anywhere Enterprise can create scalable and configurable bots which can execute even the most complex tasks in the business. It can help you manage your digital workforce end-to-end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the applications nowadays provide version control through Git integration but Automation Anywhere doesn't provide Git integration. The UI of Automation Anywhere is not that user friendly and modern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The module code should include its own error handling, including checking for system availability,
and the errors should be returned accordingly. Based on the documented process, the following
modules were proposed with the naming convention indicating both the task and its level of
reusability (a system module will be reused frequently, whereas process-specific modules are
specificto a given process). The terms script, module, and task can be used interchangeably in this
section.

The tool is user friendly and not required to have extensive coding knowledge and even people from non technical skill set is also can learn and make use of the same in their process automation.

1.The more properties that can identify the objects in the application.

When we took the services from Automation anywhere, the architect was helped us in the initial set up and helped us the maintain the coding standards and business use cases feasibility study.
As part of support, if we come up with any issues we interact with the support team and the services and in the lesser time we get the support without impacting the deliverables.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly development console. Mobile app to manage RPA bots. Cognitive ability of the platform in terms of IQ bots is really path breaking.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few bugs in terms of security of user credentials which AA should plug on an immediate basis. A smart developer can easily find out the passwords stored in Credentials vault with a simple trick.

Business problems like - 1) Mass Smartform generations and mailing it to the customers on a daily basis
2) Mass bank statement downloads from the bank sites and uploading it in ERP
3) Employee mobile reimbursement request approval/rejection basis defined business rules
4) Channel Partner Brokerage Posting
5) Credit Notes Posting etc.
