What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using it. Its just amazing that you can do so many complex things so easily. Learning how to do it is also esay. I love the drag and drop fucntionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it to be more flexible. It is to some extente but there are systems which are very rigid and needs a different way of coding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We automated a manual process in our extended team. It was a weekly task and invvolved a lot of hours but with this automation, it could be done in minutes. Saved a lot of man hours which culd be used to focus on something more productive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a great system and would suggest you go for it. I fell in love with the whole learning process and would recommend it 100%.

Automating all the mundane processes in the institution and giving an multi dimensional analytics of all departments is what I liked the most

Sometimes manual decision is also very important which gets lost in automating all processes in an organisation

Automation anywhere has helped to streamline internally processes and made best use of predictive analytics to visualise trends in all aspects. Also, robust orchestrated engine and dynamic rule engine gives flexibility and scalability to entire institution.

Automating mundane tasks or activities that take a lot of time and creates little value. The time saved allowed me to be more productive at work.
The most perfect tool for automating repetitively occurring tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I have an outstanding experience with this superb and most straightforward RPA tool. I love its advanced functionality for correctly parsing the Pdf and help us in getting more perfect data. It helps us save our precious time as previously manual tasks need several hours for automation, but nowadays, those tasks take a few minutes just. I strongly prefer it because of its ease of use and implementation. It plays a very vital role in increasing the revenue of our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although this is a great product I found its learning curve to be a bit classic. Another drawback of Automation Anywhere is that its free version comprises limited features that are hard enough for creating limited flows. Moreover, I think the performance of the desktop version needs some improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most significant feature of Automation Anywhere is that this is the most comprehensive platform that offers the best services for executing, monitoring, writing, and maintaining complicated business processes. The thing which impressed me the most is its flexibility and simplicity. The most significant benefit it gives is that anybody can quickly build a bot without having particular knowledge about coding. The animation and the way through which the course flows look attractive. It comprises clear-cut specific commands that do not require transparent programming background.

It is a highly suggested product as it comes up with the best problem-solving techniques. It is the best tool for automating the audit process. It comes up with the best options that will further help you in integrating with other technologies. There is an availability of free learning course that makes its learning incredibly easy. We try to respond to regular and repetitive customer queries on our Digital online platform and are trying to use our routine, mundane, repetitive work.

Simple to configure and robust platform for future growth. Tech team understanding along with the Business function is the key for any automation process. Business should select right process for automation which will benefit organsation

The product is rugged; if your process is not mapped correctly or identified correctly, you may land in issue. Automation Anywhere should help the customer identification process depending on the company size, background, and challenges in the existing process. Customer can save time and cost with faster-secured delivery; such modeling required
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My previous company considered the AP invoice automation process. We took time to evaluate and do POC; once we were done for multiple suppliers and multilocation, the blueprinting was completed. Configuration was done, and approving and processing supplier AP invoices was done, saving 50 % of the time.

Completely eliminating FTE and replacing humans for performing each task automation doesn't give kuch accuracy
