Great software, the future is RPA, but not quite yet.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a breeze to code in. It's features are very intuitive, and the ability to so easily set variables and working with metabots is quite exciting and innovative
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be very difficult to get robots trained as necessary just using screen capture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Automatiion Anywere to automate a few of the processes we rely to benefit the citizenry her in our local authority

Powerful but maybe useless in multitask

What do you like best about the product?
Once everything is ready, it works perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to use some interleaved activities and for some reason one is delayed, the work starts to accumulate and even skips some schedules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ticketing and repetitive actions.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a user friendly application, even if it's the first time using AAE you get everything in one interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the first and last tool i've ever used to automate tasks, so i don't see any downfalls in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere made everything easy. Now i don't have to create spreadsheets and copy and paste Automation Anywhere takes care of that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation Anywhere is the best tool to consider for automation.

What do you like best about the product?
The interactive learning sessions where they walk you through the code is the best part.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of specificity for example projects. This makes it a lot harder to really think of where the projects can be implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A coding process for benefits. The benefits we recognized the most are it's automatic data pull.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall coursework was well structured. All the aspects of identifying assessing and estimating an RPA opportunity was covered very well. Course animation was interactive ensuring one is paying attention to the content. Quiz was well structured. Knowledge check in between sections were helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some area were not explored e.g. soft budgeting/ estimation. Or if certain information can not be retrieved from client what to come up with ballpark estimates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall RPA knowledge was well delivered via this course, and its really good starting point for individuals who wish to work on RPA engagements from business analyst point of view.

What do you like best about the product?
The recording tools were easy to figure out. The software has a lot of potential to be great. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application often doesn't work as planned. Keystrokes recording doesn't work as well as it intends to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating GL pulls from Peoplesoft. This can save my department alot of time by taking away mundane processes. The application was also slow and can be buggy at times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a lot of repeating processes that can be automated, Automation may be the application for you.

What do you like best about the product?
easy sign on and easy to learn how to create new bot. Getting started is straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of functions within the software. The learning curve is high. For users without coding background it takes a while to get use to some of the languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm trying to automate the email notification step after a task has been signed so the users don't have to separately open his/her email to draft an email every single time a task is signed off. AA can do all the repetitive steps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
need to consider the ease of use for everyday user

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of automating tedious tasks is intriguing & the bot's ability to scrape data from simple situations/websites is impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its difficult to learn the use the app & the performance of the bots is frustratingly inconsistent, which defeats the purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not yet solved anything successfully or realized significant benefits

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that we have the hands on experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that we don't understand all of the commands before we start building our bot so it was very inefficient. Every small steps require us to get help from the onsite trainers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving for a manual process and if this is replaced by the bot it will save us more than 50 hours per month.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think the best advice is to help users to understand all the nuances about the commands that are available to them before they start creating the bot.
