What do you like best about the product?
It was nice to work on your own, try to figure things out, but it was also nice to have someone here to assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was an issue with Servers. It would also be nice if the experts knew the Use Case Scenario.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of things to automate

tools capability of providing solution for end to end automation of the processes. Availability of the training.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is less user interactive and more like programming interface. Using graphical representation for the processes will benefit more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we were creating automated processes such as customer creation, provisioning, disputes etc for telecom client. It has helped us in decreasing significant amount of time used and learning curve required.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere offers a simple and intuitive way to automated processes. Though Automation Anywhere is a simple and intuitive tool to use its technical capabilities are limitless.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few of Automation Anywhere's features require specific and nuanced knowledge (things such as syntax) and are not as intuitive as the other features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating uploading and processing data in SAP. We have seen both FTE and cost avoidance benefits.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Invest in a lot of training on the tool up front. Also consider using Automation Anywhere with other technologies. Automation Anywhere does have its limitations so utilizing Macros, Winshuttle Scripts and various other technologies should be considered along side of Automation Anywhere in order to have a robust automation department.

What do you like best about the product?
AA is at their best and one of the finest when it comes to customer experience. The way different levels of support with escalation matrix and response to each support case makes them different. AA has great account representatives to offer better services for their customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the contrary, they need to communicate more often on their roadmap. Market is expecting at faster rate than AA current product roadmap and there are more capabilities that can be incorporated which they might be doing already however communicating more often makes customers plan better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
redefining business roles and increasing the productivity.

I really like this automation anywhere software as it is efficient in automating complex tasks

Its really a wonderful software so I do not have any thing to like

I am able to solve the complex repetitive tasks. Able to reduce the human resources and able to complete the deadlines before timelines

What do you like best about the product?
Automate and schedule complex tasks in minutes, without any programming. Record keyboard and mouse or create automation scripts with drag and drop actions
Proper error handling method so that no need of worry about the after deployment
I like list variable which I can use to save multiple values. Apart from that, I like loop conditions provided so that we can implement a loop with a condition.
The concept of Metabot is really good. It allows us to develop the application just with the screenshots. Citrix automation has become very easy. The concept of control room will be useful in many Business Process Outsourcing processes. The most important feature that I like is its stability. after creation, the bot's success rate is high when compared to its competitors

code debug using breakpoints is little difficult, adding watch during debug is not great.
Should improve mail functionalities. Excel activities are difficult when compared to its competitors. Better to have variable types in the same name as general programming variable names
As an Admin, some of the things that I think can be improved is the capability for a developer to use both runner and developer license in development environment

we are trying to automate data transfer from legacy system to new platform.
The execution time has reduced compared to manual user drastically with minimal mistakes.

I like all the functionality that automation anywhere provides at the finger tips - I often find a better way of doing things. I also enjoy the webinars and how many improvements there are planned.
What do you dislike about the product?
Object cloning and webbrowsing is sometimes difficult, depending on the site

We've used AA for data retrieval, inbox cleaning, transfer data between different servers. We've also been able to track all activities. Our project has been completed thanks to AA

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere has demonstrated continued innovations including their bot store, and developments for unassisted bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
AA should look for better integrations into the most common systems being used to apply their technology, specifically ERP systems and MS Office.

Mostly finance and IT repeatable processes

What do you like best about the product?
The best think that I really like from Automation it's that, Better software Automation for automate process, you guys have desgin the best solution on a singles steps, there's no need to be an expert to start building a better working world using Automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
As you know, nothing is perfect, there are a few things that you should work to create a master piece, you should think on how to create programs to learn based on videos about how to do it, not all the creatos have the ability to learn reading books or with e-learning
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We desgin better solutions for Master Data, creating new ways to interact with customers expererience.
Exciting, intuitive and relatively short learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
I like the visual aspect of the software development interface as well as the inclusion of code to interface directly at a high level with common office and windows software. I like the auto login feature also as well as the intuitive workflow of creating Tasks. I like the error handling functions also and the functions that allow executable files to be run and macros run from AA.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of Excel data manipulation functions that are built in as well as the difficulty in setting up the auto login feature. I dislike the number of steps required to create a new user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Back office processes such as paying customer outstanding loan arrears have been made easier with AA. Also The repetitive and complex data movement tasks undertaken by our marketing department are handled more efficiently by AA. AA also allows us to measure the performance of the BOTs more easily.
