I think its the easiest way to automate things, with minimum or no coding
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is helps you connect to the website and get the live data and only knowing the syntax is enough there is not much coding or technical experience required.
What do you dislike about the product?
the connection and all sometime takes way too much time, the website can be a less complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the recording functionality a lot, that has made a lot of my manual task easy.

Ease of integration with many open source softwares and third party integrations and also easy to use configurable drag and drop no coding tool helps to simplify complex processes

Automation of fulfillment processes end to end is great but sometimes streamlining gets difficult when new adhoc process is introduced wit manual intervention
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Role based access control with LDAP integrationa and versioning of processes and sub tasks to effective track each users activity. Also, integration challenges and OCR capabilities are the prime benefits.

Initial Investment cost, Difficult for non-standard processes

Automation Anywhere helps us in improving repeated processes across desktop applications and web applications. it also improves the quality of work which is completely error-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere is having regular upgrades and you have to reinstall the Bot agent again after a certain period of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are multiple processes, reporting, QC's, Excel operations, etc. we are able to automate using AA, it increased our productivity and reduces the cost of the work and FTE reduction.
Due to repetitive and tedious tasks slow down our productivity, and grabs that time away from more significant tasks. However, with this RPA benefits, our team members are having more time on their hands to complete those other tasks.
Also, the automation processes can work 24/7 without stopping. This helps us providing a higher level of service

What do you like best about the product?
The AA capabilities to automate complete end to end digital banking processes along with best reporting for all data and milestone reports gives an edge over all others. Also, complex processes like underwriting and cash management which are long runnning processes can be easily automated

The challenge of automating with task management and remodeling processes which are built on legacy systems and the amount of training to be given to existing employees

Our business needs to carry out complex task management which can be easily automated using AA and also the robust rule processing engine and intelligent form designer with each artefact given drag and drop with low coding is also an icing on the cake

The process building and ease of drag and drop tool makes all processes easy to automate and the inherent analytics capability also helps to make decisions better

The costing factor is bit high and user based costing. Also, many random adhoc processes take time for automation as team needs to be highly skilled to be knowledgeable on AA.

What do you like best about the product?
The AA application makes automation ubiquitous. One click and the processes are executed as expected. Saves a lot of human efforts. Various easy to use tasks available for different activities. Is user friendly and easy to use. No design challenges while creating bots with required functions. One click approach for execution.
AA is secure, credential management through variables is the feature I liked the best, makes the product safe to use and trust worthy. Also with this credential management is a easy task.

What do you dislike about the product?
In Community edition the bot sometimes loses control and acts abruptly. Excel operations sometimes fail with unexpected responses. Although the same bot without changes works perfect on the next run. Forums and trainings do not portray how exactly to acheve some of the actvities, it would have been beneficial if such short videos on using methods and thier respective items could have been put.
Connecting to local device is problematic sometimes from the control room. We faced this issue that if there is a driver update AA fails to runs bots without an update (on community edition) as the connection to local device is interuupted.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was required to consolidate data from multiple excel sheets into a formatted single sheets by applying formulas and VlookUps. This process was mundane to be done once everyweek.
I used AA to automate this process. I use 2 files for this operations. What benefitted us was that it reduced human efforts and time. Now that this activity is automated. I execute the bot weekly once the input sheet is ready and send updated sheet after bot execution to whomsoever required.
We are working on new bots to bring more processes under AA.

the user interface is very user friendly, easy to understand coding commands, it is surely built for citizen developers

the OCR command can be improved a little
