I thought the class was was interest and I am glad I signed up for it.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed building my first bot. I thought the product was very user friendly. I was impressed with how the tool would allow you to record from the web. I feel this product is going to change the way a lot of companies do business today.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didnt like that we didn't have a sheet to tell what the each icon would do or what function it would perform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wasn't solving a problem but I enrolled to see how it could assist with the workload in the department

Automation Anywhere is an highly recommended tool for RPA
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere makes integration of applications that cater to different business requirements easy. Also, from a coders perspective, automation anywhere commands are interactive, user friendly and easy to understand. The newer versions have more commands and options given to the user which makes building logics easier. Also, the control room features contribute greatly to the overall project management. Creating user specific roles help in giving restricted access to the users to change or update credentials. Further, credential manager helps manage all credentials from a centralised location. Updating the credentials on the control room makes it easier for the bot owners to operate multiple bots using the same credentials. Queues introduced in the newer version has greatly helped managing the load of input data across systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain commands can be improvised in terms of metabots being copied from one system to another that do not share a common control room. Also demarcation can be improvised to understand the start and end of loops and other commands. Queues can have schedules or a mechanism to stop at a certain time daily for any system downtime as currently, if items are in a queue, they cannot be scheduled to be stopped without manual intervention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Financial solutions like monthly reconciliation, invoice posting, budgeting are areas where Automation Anywhere has helped implement RPA. Automation anywhere drastically reduces the number of man hours an employee puts into day to day mundane tasks. Also, consolidating data from various sources is an added benefit. Scheduling of bots helps run processes during non working hours\ days generating bot output earlier than expected.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Suitable to be used with Excel, SAP, Internet Explorer & Database and desktop application as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool comprises of best features available in market. Its integration capability with SAP, Excel, Oracle, web browsers are excellent which gives the developer wider range of methods to chose while automating a workflow. Its GUI is very user friendly and requires minimum knowledge for the users to handle the menus
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere shall add more excel features in in built scripts. At times, I have realized that automation anywhere fails to impress me on the excel features as compared to other vendors in the market

What do you dislike about the product?
Debugging should be friendlier. Since there is not much community support available, such as Stack Overflow, we need to be more efficient with the support that is being provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The projects that I have been part of involve a lot of web scraping, downloading supporting documents online, and extracting form fields from PDF files. AA has helped in reducing manual processing of invoices and making the processes efficient within a short span of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn and the code is more readable compared to other RPA tools. Object cloning is reliable in capturing elements and is a flexible tool to automate all your day to day repetitive works and easily implement to any of your server or individual machines. Stable in Citrix automation and the tool's properties are also well aligned which makes the automation more flexible. Also, features such as meta bots and IQ bots are now very useful - these two components can be maximized specially for attended automation. Control room is also very rich with features that can optimize the monitoring, scheduling and setting a trigger for the robot as well as managing and maintenance of the deployed bots. I can say that Automation Anywhere is a very Efficient Tool that is full of features that can be scaled from small automation tasks to complex projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of support and web resources such as forums. It would be of great help to expand the resources of this product across the internet in order for new users to easily get help from those who are well experienced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used this tool for automating processes across various types of industries and we were able to automate many business processes and reduce the manual effort.

Highly recommended tool for RPA Solutions. Would also recommend to take prior training and research to create a better bot.ai

What do you like best about the product?
Tool is very elaborate, easy to develop and compatible to almost all web/desktop applications. I am part of RPA team of my organization and using Automation anywhere to implement bots for our clients. We use different environment like dev/stage/production to develop,test and run the bots. Environment setup is easy comparatively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Control room should have more feature to manage and maintain all running bots.

Mostly daily BPS processes which are rule based and redundant.
