With automation, we have initiated the process in Accounting and Finance work, which will be really helpful

What do you like best about the product?
This has saved lot of man hours in company wide when re-configuring or deploying PCs over company. We can deploy a new PC with all relevant software and updates without single user interaction in less than 1 hour of time
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a lot of work to execute simple tasks. For instance, if you just wanted to run a single command on all your computers, you would need to create a package (which requires quite a bit of configuration)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of time this software saves us with deploying laptops, software, and Windows Updates alone justifies the cost (which is fairly minimal, actually). We deploy VPN, company signatures, specific software, etc. to our end users to make their lives and our lives easier. I use this software on a daily basis in some way or another, and I strongly recommend it.

A great tool to reduce the time your employees sped on monotonous jobs
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this tool is its capacity to automate most of the manual/repetitive tasks performed by our employees. It makes time available for them to do more quality work e.g. process improvements/ developing creative solutions to business problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
This technology still requires a lot of IT involvement in designing/developing and maintaining the bots.

We were trying to reduce the hours which the employees spent on doing some repetitive manual tasks e.g. updating our business systems daily with exchange rates, Matching invoices with POs etc.

- Could have been better if provided to segregate the metabots as per the project/Process wise unlike Task bots.
- Unable to Copy the assets from one metabot to another.
- Difficult to select variables while using a variable operation. It would be better if there is an option to search variables in a search bar.
- Rest web service command should be improved. Sometimes the data response will be garbage values in case of huge data as a response.

We are using v10.7,so we have limited features in Metabots ,
we are planning to upgrade to v11.x
Other than this, the newer latest version has all additional capabilities

We recommend other users to go for Automation Anywhere product, compared to other tools AA Is better for user experience and people with no coding experience can easily work on it and expertise. Its a go to tool for any customer who is looking for automation of standard processes. We will recommend it to all users and companies looking out for automation in their companies.

- Automation Anywhere is best at it's user friendly User interface.
- Easy to understand what AA commands can do and any user can easily learn AA even if the user does not have any prior knowledge of coding languages.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Installation of AA - Control room is complicated.
- Repository won't accept two metabots with same content. In order to create a metabot with the existing metabot, we had to redo the existing metabot and add changes we wanted then upload to repository.
- Metabot designer needs to be improved. It would be better if there is an option of copying assets from one metabot to another metabot.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- A lot of manual power has been reduced and really an ample amount of time is saved.
- One of our processes takes aruond 420 manual hours to complete. With AA, the bot out performed and finished the process within 62 hours which shows that it is almost 7 times faster than manual process.

I would highly recommend Automation Anywhere to others because it meets all of the requirements while automating most of the tasks.
