Great automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
AA command list is very extent and useful. Objecto cloning command is versatile and works well with most of the environment I had projects on. The customer service provide quick and accurate answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The community is small and disorganized. It's hard to find answers in the internet for troubleshooting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I automate repetitive tasks that require filling and placing orders in multiple web platforms.
Much better than competitors
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is superb. I've spend a lot of time using System Center Orchestrator, and this wins hands down in many ways

Sometimes linking certain objects together can be cumbersome and often takes a while to integrate different platforms

Automating CMDB updates, service desk workflows and alert based activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a whole new knowledge for me, the idea of decreasing the effort of the staff and their time on the repetitive work, it will be a great way to give them more free time to concentrate on the creative side of their jobs, it`s one of the ways if the future, as a salesperson i am sure that many prospects will be interested in reducing the time and effort of their employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
the most thing that i dislike is that it may reduce the number of the employees in many companies due to the redundancy and that the bots can easily take the place of already working people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
repetitive work is a burden even if it`s not a big deal, so i can use it in my field to extract the data related to the prospects and update the CRM with it.
Code a little "messy" but easy to assemble
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to assemble code without requiring advanced knowledge in programming and also to create a complex program without having to run several lines of code in relation to other programs. Another positive point is to be able to run the program with the computer screen locked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to understand a code, because it is not possible to place spaces in the lines (TAB). Problems in the execution with the bot, then in the local machine the developed code worked normally, when it came into production appeared several errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I developed a program to run a macro along with connection to the database. The benefit was speed and speed of execution and responses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Improve line spacing for better understanding of code. Improve the support menu because I could not request contact. Perform simulations on the production base or add a local production base.

The User interface is very good. Installation process is very easy and automation anywhere client and control room are user friendly. The Drag and Drop method is good , so that beginner can easily learn how to use Automation Anywhere.

So many updates , and changes in the user interface of control room from previous to next version.

Extraction of data from webpages, Extracting data from excel and searching over web and copying necessary information back to Excel, email automation, OCR technology , extracting required information from pdf, Reading image from pdf

Delay of execution.So its require faster execution,which lead to greater lag time.Require more experiance executive for training of new user properly.More understanding require for utilize it verious department.Also its need to upgrade.

The best part of the tool is it can automation PDF documents. Its Que concept. And Client concept which is not there in other automation tool.

The industry is demanding for .NET developers to work on this tool and its not compulsory that we should know the .NET language. And the cost of the tool is too high.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Intelligent Automation is using Automation Anywhere. It stands above and over the other RPA tools in terms of the simplicity of use and the ease of work it brings on the table. It isn't complex and is quite user friendly. Automation Anywhere automates almost everything and hence reduces the workload of clients and employees across domains. It assists in every domain and increases the revenue and decreases the workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only part of dislike or concern can be the complexity of the control room that was introduced in Automation Anywhere version 11.3 Though many are solved. Some complexities still remain.
Sometimes software functions of Oracle are unable to get captured and are difficult to automate such as Mass Allocation processes in Oracle. Looking forward for updates and patches regarding the same.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work across different domains. I started using Automation Anywhere to automate Finance processes, Reconciliations, P2P Processes, Hedging. In supply chain automating GIT, GRN, STO, SKU, PO Amendments. Then there were HR related processes, Onboarding, Recruitment etc.
All the process were quite complex and took a lot of human effort to complete it manually.
Automation anywhere provided an alternate solution and it became easier for the client to save around 10+ hours within a day. In general a Supply Chain process which took 3 days to complete got completed in 3 hours.
