What do you like best about the product?
what i like the best about automation anywhere is the way i could handle all the issues i have with no time by creating and customizing my own bots in no time, i could modify it how i like and as a sales agent i could sell it fast and easy
What do you dislike about the product?
there no much things i don't like about automation anywhere, there's too much things to learn but as a point of view in a business way it's really good for business and the best but not work force

Automation Anywhere gives a very clean and simple interface to automate the process compared to its competitors.

The loop working and functionality can be improved

I am able of automate complex web and desktop based application with much less effort

Defenitely GO for AA. Its better than any of the tools available in the market in its segment

the commands in the tool are easy to understand and very clear. The UI is good.

It is less reliable, sometimes it works, sometimes doesn't. it has very less functionality as compared to other RPA tool available in the market.

We are working for our project on Automation Anywhere. It reduces the manual work which are monotonous and saves the time .This time can be utilized in doing some creative innovative tasks by the individual.

I would recommend others to use this tool as it is very easy to use and anyone can learn it very fast.With the help of this RPA tool ,now bot can perform the repeated and monotonous job of an employee which earlier consumed most of the time of the employee.

I like the screen recorders much as they reduce most of the tasks

There is no mouse hover option in the automation anywhere. So its quite disappointing

I have automated many tasks like checking avg working hours and i have been working on a project for this

I can read the code easily and best of all, the status bar for run time, better control over common code. Metabots are really helpful for common code logics, adds more flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times, some conditions stay on for ever even though they need to time out after set seconds, its bug like these that sometimes annoy.

Automate manual processes, for most part it has been stable and maintaining common code has been easy. The benefits calculator in the tool hasn't been the best way to realise benefits, however apart from the issue mentioned above and other small inconveniences, has been stable for most

Its easily readable, the run time client offers live status which is always so helpful.
It would be the best if the workflow feature had better features as I never used it for being too simple.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Excellent courses on Automation Anywhere University. Great product support. overall very good experience with Automation Anywhere. Has a promising roadmap.

Still learning all the capabilities that AA has to provide. Cant report that I dislike anything at this moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AA makes it easy for business resources to pick up coding using Automation Anywhere. Since business knows the process the best, its powerful when a Business resource is able to implement a Bot. We are in the very nascent stages of AA adoption but shows a lot of promise based on the Use Cases we have been able to implement.

I work across different domains. I started using Automation Anywhere to automate the process. My role to support RPA tools. I have been used multiple tools in RPA. This is the best tool that i have handle in GUI. User friendly. And the support of Automation anywhere is excellent compare to other RPA tools. And the onsite support persons are like stuff factory.

Some of Application behavior. They have to improve for the same.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is an user friendly program. With this program, I already created some scripts for repetitive mindless tasks. The more I use it, more possibilities I see for it. I like the fact that I can take a part of an existing script and copy it in another script. Automation Anywhere is perfect to run financial reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the function seems to be only in English (same thing for the support). I would like to have some services in French.

Mostly it is to run financial reports, to post journal entries that required no judgment, to classify e-mail, to format reports ...
