Automation Anywhere is a valuable tool for businesses seeking to improve their operations and increase productivity.
The extraction feature is the most valuable one of IQ Bot.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pre-processing of the bot gets stuck sometimes. The bot agent gets disconnected, and it requires restarting of services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere IQ Bot is one of the good IDPs which helps in extracting data from various document. Integrating IQBot with Task helps in automating many such manual actions.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a developer-friendly interface. Building a robot is quite interesting with Automation Anywhere. Control Room is well designed so that we can glance at all the information about robots at one place, and monitoring, scheduling, and robot configuration can be done quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything that doesn't like in Automation Anywhere. Still,
some enhancement in actions and regular updates in the interface will be appreciated and be competitive against the other automation tools in the market.

Automation Anywhere makes our client's work easy by automating complex and repetitive tasks. It brings us more satisfaction from our client's feedback by the robot's performance in the workspace.

Cost: Because the platform is made for large corporations, Automation Anywhere can be pricey, especially for small and medium-sized firms.
Technical Support: I have reported difficulty getting technical support when i encountered issues with the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and ease of use in writing the code are the best things I like about A360.
List view of code and the AARI forms are the best in business. AARI helped us to simplify a complex automation.

What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I dislike is automation anywhere skipping small features like delete rows and columns are available but delete contents in excel is not available.
Similarly there is no dark mode guys come on, we need dark mode....

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been simplifying various processes with automation anywhere like cross application data transfer, generate monthly/quarterly reports, created pipeline to auto trigger Bot when user submits queries in front end etc..
AA an incredible tool that avoids human intervention for heavy processes

I like this product because you can create a bot anytime, the programming is easy, and the features work great without any problems. So far, it is a compliant RPA tool.

I think it is a very positive tool, but it is a bit expensive. It is just my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an excellent solution, and it gives me a lot of confidence in using it to learn RPA for both beginners and experts. It is being used to automate our heavy and repetitive processes, and we have a lot of free time for other things.

1. For scripting languages in Automation anywhere, we can assign only one output variable(String), in some cases, need a lot more output variables
2. Silly one Since important one (there is no filter action available in excel advanced package, the filter table actions supports only when the excel is having a table in it)

RPA solution that increases efficiency anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
The Automation Anywhere team was always proactive and ensured that everything went smoothly during our first steps with the service. Compared to other solutions available on the market, Automation Anywhere has the advantage of having an interface that makes the creation and management process faster than in competing software. Also, there is the possibility of making some modifications to the Bots without the need to use the software itself, which allows these adjustments to be made at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
As previously mentioned, the Automation Anywhere team is proactive but the pricing policy is not as aggressive as that of some competitors, which makes it difficult or at least delays the implementation and extensive use of the services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The use of automation provided by Automation Anywhere was necessary in several areas of the company. From the integration and processing of data from our various partners to the generation of reports and statistics that are vital for maintaining our partner and customer base. We've been using some RPA solutions over the last few years, which has allowed us to manage requests effectively outside working hours.

I like bot programming; it is doable and has features that greatly help. It was easy to implement this great tool, and its task automation technology is excellent.

It was a bit difficult to extract data and also to be able to automate specific tasks.

It is a tool that helps us with the automation of tasks that are repetitive and avoids human intervention when dealing with most of the heavy processes.

What I like the most is that it has an automation service in the cloud, its user interface is intuitive and easy to learn, and the implementation in our company was straightforward. It has features like drag and drop, which helps us a lot.

Everything, for now, works very well, and there are no severe problems.

Solving many problems in my experience has been positive with AA. Because most of the issues we faced were exhausting and repetitive processes, I can be more than happy now that everything is automatic with your robotic automatisation system.

I like this software because it uses artificial intelligence to automate tasks that take a lot of time to do manually that's why I like this software.

Creating our first bot was challenging because it gave us a lot of trouble.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to this software, we were able to speed up all the available repetitive tasks significantly; in this case, I can affirm that it is a great solution.
