Automation Anywhere works well for unattended automation
What do you like best about the product?
Everything so far. All the pieces fit together well... Control Room, SVN versioning, Credential Vault, Auditing, communications to the botCreators and botRunners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling tasks to the corporate fiscal calendar is challenging. Migrating code and associated dependencies between environments could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits realized are for very structured and repetitive tasks/processes. We tackled automating some very complicated processes straight out of the box.

the drag and drop is awesome, trial version run very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
just worry about things not part of the drag and droop options.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease, the workflow, the output and what not...Everything is so flawless...I enjoy using Automation Anywhere for various automations. In control room we have flexibility to add multiple users. The ease, workflow, as discussed is so flawless. Highly recommended when compared to other RPA products available in the market
What do you dislike about the product?
Installation of Control room is highly dependent on the configuration of the computer. If the configuration is on a little lower end, it becomes difficult to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we will use this in hr processes, day to day tasks , repeated tasks because accuracy of tool is so good.
Some tasks related to excel , pdf can be easily handled by this tool ,we can use this in ERP systems , overall the software is good

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere provides much more activities when compared to other automation tools. It is user friendly and easily accessible. Automation anywhere doesn't need much of coding knowledge.The activities like import dataset are good and not usually found in other tools. Automation Anywhere helps in automating business processes with high accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Installation of Automation anywhere is quite complex and it requires much system hardware requirements, at sometime control room will struck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problems like Email automation, Reading PDF's, Copying structured information from web browsers, spying on html components, Image recognition, sending emails, sorting emails,entering values into text boxes.

It is a very useful tool, it is user friendly and easy to operate.Activities are more which makes the work even more simpler.It doesn't need much of coding knowledge

the way i can handle the bots and finish my work, with ease and without big efforts ,

with my own point of view that it might make people kinda stop looking for their work as automation anywhere can do everything for me but other than that i love the program and still can promote it with ease

The approach regarding expansion to new technological territories and trying out new functionalities to meet today's market requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still issues with the installation of the Automation Anywhere Control Room even at version 11 (some steps are described in the guides provided by AA, however, if you experience some additional settings that have to be changed on your machine, these are not pinpointed in the guides).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized benefits for external clients mostly from banking sector, tax sector as well as insurance sector. All of these are happy to have chosen Automation Anywhere.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not underestimate Automation Anywhere. Everyone is choosing UiPath at first and after some time they realize, using it does not bring the promised benefits due to bugs and untested elements in the software. This is where Automation Anywhere excels, therefore should be considered as the first and not second choice.

well there's no much I don't like about automation anywhere, it's only like I get to go to different pages for the analyzer, and more of it's fine with creating the bots and it's easy

what i like the best about automation anywhere is that i could solve lot of issue as staying all the day finishing lot's of work as collecting data from sites and email,now i can save time to finish other important work as i let AA do the job for me and as a business man

there's no much things i don't like about automation anywhere but for this one i see that it needs lots of study to create my own bot, besides with AA bot V11 there lots of taps for just making the analyzing

The best is AA Player - helps to track bot progress.

The line code construction which doesn't allow to group lines and collapse by pressing + as it is in vb.net.

Automation of client's web application, which had unfriendly html construction. The biggest benefit: people don't need to perform boring manual work every day.
