*Recorder Concept is good.
*Easy to understand & Use .Simple knowledge is sufficient
*Control room + Configuration setup is very easy
*Overall making a good progress compared than older versions , but still have to hit hard

*Exe file Creation has been disconnect in the recent versions . I know it improves your growth , but still the dependency on AA is decreasing by this.
*Previously it was a tool independent , now it;s compromised.
*Web controlling(Control Room) has to be implemented by keeping the future in mind.
*NLP, OCR , AI concepts +AI related stuff to be improved compared than other top RPA tools

What do you like best about the product?
The re usability of the bot across business, the main advantage is meta bot and IQ bot. Time taken by Automation is a 100 times less than it usually takes it for manual processing.
The best part is its creating the market for budding engineers, hopefully it will continue to do some amazing work.
Bots run 24*7 unlike normal human power who works for around 9 hours.
Since bot takes of the paper work and validation organisations can use there human power for some quality work.

Think AA should come up with good support team to help the engineers who are using the tool across the region, and include more functionalities. They should come up with new methodologies for the security.
We all know that its a growing tool but it will be better if automation anywhere comes up with some extra functionalities so that there is no need for a developer to to look into the other scripting languages.

What do you like best about the product?
I have recently moved to A2019 Cloud version, previously I have worked on other versions of Automation Anywhere. Automation Anywhere is one of the most convenient and useful RPA Tool as compared to the others in the market. Automation Anywhere offers you a wide range of commands to automate nearly every application ( Web Based or Windows Application). Email automation, Excel automation, Object Cloning, PDF Integration, App integration, Web services are some of the listed commands. Automation Anywhere ensures the client data security by not letting the sensitive Login credentials out in the open. There are dedicated Credential Vault feature in the Application which holds all the Login credentials without letting it visible even to the developers and there are features such as PGP which helps to encrypt and decrypt the files. The best part of Automation Anywhere is its interactive Control Room Dashboard, which gives the insight of almost everything out there. one can see the status of all the deployed task in the production along with the audit log details. The introduction of the Workload balance feature in 11.X version has made the job of load balancing much easier. Overall my experience with Automation anywhere was amazing and I would recommend this to every one in RPA to try it out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving on to the A2019 Cloud version, there are lots of changes in this new version of Automation Anywhere as compared to its previous versions like 11.X. The look and feel got entirely changed along with many of the new commands and the existing commands also got modified. Not much to dislike just the variable declaration and mapping in the old versions were far more comfortable rather than in the new version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many business problems that I have solved using Automation Anywhere, one such business problem includes reading the Email body with fixed subject line and extracting required data from it, then processing the extracted data with the use of a third party web application and generating reports and sending and email to the Client along with the status and attaching the generated reports.

Automation Anywhere is really one of the best tool to work with.
Do try out the A2019 version if you haven't done that yet, its the best cloud based RPA Application. There are may great features to play with such as AARI Web, IBM Watson Authentication, Interactive forms.

It does not have Goto function. It add extra loops .Which makes the code less flexible.
Task bot has a limit of 25 analytics variable. However in a real world scenario there might be a n number of variables required.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and implement Drag and Drop commands with sub-commands makes it interesting for Bot Creator to automate any task. Object Cloning and Web Recorder provide different methods to easily work with Web Applications. Meta Bots and IQ Bots which makes processing of semi-structured and unstructured data easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing that I found missing was a search option for commands and variable declaration limit to 25 in a task which makes difficult to use and include all table fields of the database in the task.

I have worked with Web Applications, Windows Application, OCR and Pdf integration in the Automation. I have been working in a healthcare organisation and automation tasks that involves Claims processing and Cash posting Activities which are repetitive tasks. Automation Anywhere has made capturing web elements easy by incorporating various methods like get text by ID, set text, get total number of rows etc. which was otherwise difficult to implement. Also, looping through table and files in folders have become easy using its ready to use inbuilt Commands.

Keep making it more updated as per the needs . Other than that everything seems to be good for now. I am happy using this tool . Work is much more easy and interesting using this tool.

Automation Anywhere has a codeless approach of solving repetitive task. The codeless approach makes it easy to understand for even the people from non-cs background.
What do you dislike about the product?
The IQ Bot could have been available in trial version as well. Takes some time when the dataset is huge or the files which we are uploading is huge.

It is one of the best RPA tools available in the market and I would suggest every RPA professional to try it once.I am sure once you use it you won't use any other RPA tool.It's really that easy and catchy.Moreover one of the thing about Automation Anywhere is that beginners can learn and get certified on the various courses that are available on the official website.The certficates provided by Automation Anywhere team holds huge value when you go for a project,interviews or even otherwise.The training videos are top quality and the trainer literally tries and rather simplifies even the difficult topics so that you understand it very well.
I have used other RPA tools as well but one thing I can guarantee you that none of them are as good as Automation Anywhere.
So,must use tool for every RPA professional.

OCR feature is not very efficient, effficiency can be increased more

What do you like best about the product?
IQ Bot is best component which captures accurate date using OCR.The automation anywhere provides the wide range of functionalities, some of them what I used and felt best was object cloning as it gives the very good scope of capturing the data from the web applications as well as from the desktop applications. There are various different commands for different types of applications such as desktop and web applications. the excel automation commands provides very quick and accurate processing of the excel, we can even use the excel as the database to fetch the data. The error handlers are very accurate and we can take the screen shot of the error as well
What do you dislike about the product?
Basic Workflow It requires improvement.here are certain minor limitation , as we can not declare the data type of the variable and list variable is not as convenient.

Complex business problems and the FTE benefits are realized to customer. Implemented solutions to customer with in 4 weeks which other RPA tool might take more time.
