It takes time to get setup and add value to business. But after the presentation today it seems that this issue will be addressed

Easy of use and the bot store for looking at new automation opportunities. Also AA works better with our legacy software than the competitors.

The application is very well presented making it extremely easy to use and is a extremely strong tool, almost anything a human can do the bots will blow it out of the water speed and reliability wise.

Struggle to think of anything in specific.

More reliable than a human, faster and extremely flexible offering a vast number of ways to perform a task.

What do you like best about the product?
AA using the AI for making RPA more advanced and accurate to nullify the complete human intervention and make the process fully automated and helpful to the customers. .RPA tools are very useful to solve the real time problem live invoicing and many more.. the AA helps to resolve it
What do you dislike about the product?
AA is moving at cloud technology so in future it might be very easy installation and quick setup but at the present there is a complete manual process to be followed to install the setup.. but yes automation anywhere be solve the complexity for sure

Many operational process be been automated and the reports and data can be collected easily.

Manual day to day testing can be converted to automation easily. User friendly tool highly recommended gui friendly tool

Cost of the product. License is expensive

We automated manual cases to automated using this tool..gui based mouse clicks and keyboard shortcuts are automated. Daily manual tasks are reduced
