User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Coming from a long history of the car industry we used this at GM. Since we went live the amount of waste produced daily quickly ceased. When I was there we were able to save the FTE and numbers of hours automated as well as dollars which in turn allowed us to lower vehicle costs to our consumers
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside was layoffs but for the company it meant less waste and more availability of bells and whistles to consumers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel this will bring the future of car designs and manufacturing flaws to a minimum for overall better results in safety

Make sure you have full training with this in order to achieve full benefits of this.

What do you like best about the product?
The training is excellent, and I haven't used it but I like that they offer onsite training too. The process automation has eliminated many slow or unuseful business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their data transferring automation could use some work. It seems very slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It improved our web data extraction and data retrieval.

What do you like best about the product?
In PV Industry, We have deployed the first bot to automate the process. XML functionality is very useful to develop the process. SAP Automation is more efficient. Excel automation is more efficient and session name is best solution for my process. attended and unattended mode are helpful to client requirements. APP Integration is more flexible to integrate the other software.
AA Support team helps to resolve the technical challenges. AA Reference are more helpful to learning new thing from the document. Automation Anywhere Control room deployment is very to understand the scheduling the bot.

What do you dislike about the product?
need to improve the data type. needs to improve the workflow concept. Work queues are not Efficient. Scanned PDF Extraction need to improve in IQ Bot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realize that Automation anywhere is the best RPA tool and it have the capability to automate the complex process, Java script enabled menu items are not possible to click on the screen. So we directly call execute javascript command in AA Client.

What do you like best about the product?
It enables to record and edit process quickly and accurately, here you can transform complex process very easy and you can also automate FTP/SFTP processes. Using AA you can run the tasks even when the computer is locked and you can easily manage the automated process. In AA you can maintain a centralized system for backup, security, and resource and you also capture and reuse automated processes in a central repository.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compare to other automation tools it very heavy for processing, for the cognitive process it is very complex. For running AA you have to connect with sever.

Website automation, Excel automation, SAP automation and Server automation.

Have programming knowledge and good logical skills. Before start development in AA, you have to friendly with each component of AA.

1. No highlighter for if and loop statements where they end
2. inbuilt OCR features are poor
3. pdf integration works purely based on coordinates,sometimes if the size of invoice changes then the values may be blank or zunk

i worked to automate the sap application which is accounts receivable process end to end using AA Metabot and task bots an also pdf intergration

Automation Anywhere is the best service available around in the market which provides automation system to minimize the labour efforts. Their price and customer handling services are great which helps you to best way of automations. Provides automation testing of the systems for dev environments. Their teams provides you the best training in order to do operations.

On my best knowledge I haven't find any flaw in their services, go for it without any hesitation.

What do you like best about the product?
I love this platform because for the first time I could create a bot from scratch and without studying code languages, I like to automate all possible tasks as it gives me time to devote the best part of my work in terms of studying balances, in which I also have a few bots that help me with numbers and correct storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a very complete software and I have no complaints about it, it has helped us to free ourselves from intensive work and thus improve our productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my company a few years ago we outsourced certain tasks that were very long and were accumulating if you did not pay attention, then we knew Automation Anywhere that performed these tasks in record time and without having to risk data when outsourcing tasks, we created management bots of sensitive data and relative data, classification of profiles and matching data to be entered into the system, extraction of accounts and phone numbers to send to the contact center of the company and many other functions.

It does not require prior knowledge in coding which is very encouraging for all types of workers, but do not olbviden take the courses as it is very valuable the information they provide and the training that is acquired.
