My automation anywhere journey
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great product that helps users to automate their work. What I like the most about it is that it is simple to use and it is user-friendly. Anyone can get used to the process just in few trials.
What do you dislike about the product?
While RPA is a great solution to resolve a tedious process, there are some drawbacks, like there is a problem with the drag and drop process, which can make the process a bit challenging. Another point is that the price of the product is high for some SMB sectors. With the above adjustments, I am sure that it will solve many repetitive problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Here in our company, we use RPA to resolve repetitive statements throughout the process. It helps us to save time to be more accurate during the execution of outputs, and this allows us to save money.

Automation Anywhere simplifies the RPA process, provides self-paced traning and learning material and any support that might be required.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like have a on-demand classroom training session with hands-on use cases

Currently using RPA for information/data ingestion from PDF/Word documents.
My Experience With Automation Anywhere So Far
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the most is the capability of IQ bots. The fact it can learn further from humans to uncover and transform important, but less structured data to automate business processes quickly and efficiently is really fascinating.
The training tracks they have is also super useful for both beginner and experts. The learning curve is short.

What do you dislike about the product?
I found the installation and configuration a little bit confusing for beginners. It also required a big space to install the required tools. But the idea of separating the creator, runner, and controller is efficient when it comes to resource allocation and management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use it for automating large data entries and other repetitive tasks, and it reduces human errors.

RPA is for everyteam
What do you like best about the product?
In today's scenario where everyone is moving towards Automating every single activity being performed in team. RPA gives you wings to Optimize, automate and analyze is the key factor. Modelling has brought us ease that technical scripting knowledge is not required. Everyone in the team is technically capable to automate. Starting from Manual Quality engineers to HR executive, it's everyone's cup of tea. RPA has made life easier in this Pandemic where everyone has to deliver quality and better work life balance. Kudos to entire team .
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially when I started building bots for small excel operation then it worked perfectly fine but today when I try to hypervisor then I face some issue in automating login issue but I am sure that can be donr easily in future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Excel operation, loging to 30+ VMs and running automation script on VMs. Pulling reporo from VMs

Develop and manage tasks.The universal recorder is one of my favorite commands for its practicality,accelerating development time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the IQ Bot because it doesn't bring the expected result and does not notify the taskbot, you need to access the IQ BOT to check for errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Activities in legal offices that involve large volumes of data, hotel chains, and hospitals.

What do you like best about the product?
First of all, I would like to thank you for the opportunity that is given to me regarding automation anywhere review and on my previous usage of the automation anywhere the most thing that I have like is that it simplifies things and it makes my life perfect and also it allows our organizations to automate the processes that we have used previously with staffs performance, and also the thing that i would love the most is that the A2019 version was web-based and it simplified the bot creation very much
What do you dislike about the product?
From my point of view, the things that I have disliked about it is that the downside of using automation anywhere when we raise support cases the time it took was a little longer than usual and it was the things that we dislike the most
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The great thing that is solved by automation anywhere RPA for us is that it solves the previously tedious process of encoding long documents on a form and solves it easily

Yes I highly recommend Automation anywhere RPA for firms and companies that used to use very tedious jobs and tasks like encoding data on websites and forms I am fully confident that it is a game-changer it will simplify life and also increase work efficiency and performance

Like simplicaity on deploymnet and configration and have options for Bot usage for muiti-tasking.

Not easy for begineer and Expensive Pricing.

Botstore bots save a lot of time while building the automation. I have used multiple bots from botstore and also launched a bot on Botstore
Community version has helped immensely in creating a POC and understanding the tool and automation solution practically

What do you dislike about the product?
Versioning can be better. If you want to compare two versions of tasks, it is challenging to track changes if step positions alter. Debugging can be improved. There is no stepping into a subtask from a task for debugging. Currently subtask needs to run seperately with additional steps added for sending variable values.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have seamlessly integrated multiple systems based out of different platforms. Implemented and deployed tasks using Automation Anywhere as an integration tool to sync the details between the multiple systems, extract and filter data, process and report details to a different system. The bot works as a replacement for manual human job and has been a massive return on investment. Its easy to manage and automate new features though requirements keep changing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation anywhere is flexible and is a go-to tool for automation of any kind. It is a must tool for projects looking to automate and integrate multiple systems of different platforms. Automation anywhere definitely meets the expectations and is a significant return on Investment. Highly recommended

1. Python package in A360 is a game changer.
2. Packages and Commands are focused on the process of various domains and 3rd party application that users are trying to involve in RPA.
3. Good view of flow help to understand the code better.

1. If a change is variable name occurs, its not reflecting automatically wherever its is used in the task.
2. Inability to open multiple task in the same window in A360 unlike v11.x.x.

2. BPO related daily tasks eg. Customer Care Resolution Services by using AARI.

1. Lot of time is saved that the FTE would have otherwise put into performing the same.

Automation Anywhere tools could simplify several tasks and run 24x7.

It is running on IaaS. We are waiting for SaaS AA.

It works for Lean and Proven processes without Human Intervention. If you could not match its time table then it would create a big consequence to recover those RPA tasks/processes.
