Building robots to perform tasks on their own is amazing how this technology works.
What do you like best about the product?
The feature that I like are its integration with third-party application is the most outstanding function in this famous RPA, in general, I like many things its dark and clear interface in rom control, the construction of the bot and especially its way to automate, also support as it helped us at the beginning, and also the emails we constantly received with courses and very good information that helped us to understand much more of how it worked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Periodic updates often come with errors in the workflow; this is a problem that needs to be addressed and fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to automate tasks and save time and effort, and that is excellent; and it was also very good that we learned how to build any manual process using RPA technology.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's easy to use, it's a good learning path, and with lots of documentation, you can really achieve your goals with this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The process and task management with the ease of integration with even any BPM platform or any OTT channels also which are used promonently to build chatbots these days.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform doesn't have pay per use costing which increases one time capex investment and also docker maintenance becomes an issue in long run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to automate any adhoc processes using this tool with great efficiency and result driven ROI matrix. The problem of getting all processes under one domain and not allowing silos is also greatly managed by the tool. Also, AI automation allows to increase customer engagement at more greater pace

What do you like best about the product?
The kind of OCR automation to extract useful information form KYC documents and reducing manual error is great and also the reporting capabilities are up to mark.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost factor and the difficulty in integration with third party adaptors especially with legacy systems within the organisation.

We are making all internall processes digital with all prerequisites followed.

The RPA streamlines the existing BPM processes with help of robust designer and reporting capabailities. It also gives a good ROI and clear KPI matrix to all stakeholders in the organisation
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is a bit expensive as the business model is based on number of users and not on actual scope. Other tools like UiPath are well suited for startups but automation anywhere is most preferred in big companies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The adhoc processes which can be easily automated with reduction in FTE and less integration hassle are the problems being solved currently. Also, multi dimensional reports are good to have for organisation view for each role based users.

Automation anywhere is precisely functional, one of the best robotic process automation, enabling users to have fully automated business processes with the fully functional intelligent software bots. The platform is highly designed on AI technology which allows customers to increase their productivity in business processes, an optimized experience, and more engaged team members. It gives a lot of features for the users to have the best experience on their platform. It has the ability to create, scale, write, practically execute and monitor the whole complex business processes and maintain them well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback that automation anywhere has that it does not allow multiple windows at the same time which hinders the flow of work if the bot is busy doing other work and I need to split the work schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, it is one of the best AI functional software available for scaling, planning, executing, and monitoring business processes. UI needs to be more intuitive and needs more simplicity in the process of installation. Other than it is working fine and helps in managing all the work by just simplifying tasks to the bots.

Highly recommended RPA platform with smart functionalities. It improves the experience by providing the services of managing the risk with regression analysis while building. Another feature that stands out automation anywhere that it allows user to integrate the software with other business tools in efficient ways.

Circular dependency issue , If you have two bots using same common code for reference , when you check in both bots will get checkin

Fits of all, I like it deals with environmental problems by automating each of the tasks; it is easy to learn and has strong features that are unique to use, I really like this tool one of its positive points it is its ease of use and its implementation and user interface.

The documentation is confusing and limitless; some legacy apps even support automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is ideal for processes that have a unique structure and thus be able to automate it. It is software that works in a complementary way to the desktop and remotely that has been as useful as it is vital.

Recorder with data scrapping ability to extract data from multiple pages, various OCR engines support comaptability to use based on user requirment.IQBOT Congnitive platfom helping user with auto extraction of data from the invoices. Object Cloning helping user to make the dynamic path for the data.
AA is secure, credential vaults is the feature I liked the best, makes the product safe to use and trust worthy. Also with integration of bots with this credential management is a easy task.

Less Reliablity in commands like Image Recognition, Manage Windows Control, Keystrokes, Mouseclicks compare to Object Cloning.

What do you like best about the product?
The best I like about Automation Anywhere is its web-based control room. We can access the control room anywhere in the world. Recently they introduced Automation Anywhere A360, which has more enhanced features and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes bots disconnect from the control room without reason, and they need a different framework for Support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating an Automation Solution for a large Telecommunications Client. We reduced 87-95% of Manual Work. In which the ROI increased, and we gained more clients.

Automation anywhere's the capability to interact with multiple platforms and providing advanced and reliable services. Its interface is very user-friendly.

sometimes its hangs when we do lots of processing and not good for extracting document information.
