What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the most user friendly and evolving User Interface which helps companies to speed up and be proficient in Robotic Process Automation. Its drag and drop feature together with AI and data analytics imbibed gives it an edge over other RPA tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Allow certification to each module instead of batch. This would encourage the person more and creates interest to get more certificates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All problems except the ones needing OCR is being resolved by AA.

Very powerful tool that has a lot of capabilities that will simplify the automation and simplification of the processes that will drive your business.

While the entire RPA industry is relatively new and growing, there are shortfalls is specific capabilities. Some examples are generating XML, working easily with date/time calculations. There is now a Bot Store that is getting some add-ons that will enhance these capabilities.

We are using AA to generate XML, move files, find and fill in data, perform repetitive tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is best RPA. We can automate any of the process using automation Anywhere. One of the best thing is that there are 500+ activities using that we can automate any process. Everything is available is here you just have to put your logic that's it.One of the best thing here is when we drag and drop any command it show system variables for your reference in comments so no need to memorize just drag and drop command and use that activity. Another one is Metabot you can integrate your dll made in .net to your taskbot to break any of the limitations and improve feasibility. Number of loops are there to reduce code length. Several pdf commands to encrypt, decrypt , read and many more for pdf's.Separate excel command which is used to read excel in dynamic way.citrix used for remote.we can invoke no of task and pass the parameter in between them.there are records used for series of step by step process.object cloning is most powerful command for web cloning.another like windows,database ,SAP automation, XML etc number of commands are there.And last but not least that is IQ bot which is more important and useful for invoice ,bills etc processing.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that is if there are number of for each loops or if else loop and commenting is not proper then there is possibility of conflict so there should be expand collapsible loops or structure so that we can easily understand start and end of each step.
Another thing is when we edit any of the variable it doesn't update in task editor when we edit any variable it should be update or reflect in task editor also so there is no need to find and replace that variable.

For checking the bill number which is present in an no of csv's is Found in an excel.
Decrypt pdf's and capture data and insert into on webpage.
Get the data from webpage and insert into database using metabot.

There are no of ways to using different command to code optimization as well as code feasibility.

What do you like best about the product?
Activities in RPA is much easier to learn and do, Drag and drop activities , Ease of control room to maintain and monitor , webinar and videos provided by AA was too good to understand from basic level

Hanging sometimes, other than that nothing to describe about dislikes.

Shortcut keys are very few and variable management are not proper.

Incredible program, speeds up every part of my work
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part is the fact that I can use bots to automate around 80% of the work that would take me 2 or more hours to do. Not only that but they actually give me more financial vision so I can overlook what is spent over what I still have. Not only that but the fact that there are so many features and I like mean there is a great quantity of features that will without a doubt do so good for my company. Some of the features are new to me and still seem like game changers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The things I dislike is the number of steps it takes to create one bot. It's not a ton of steps but it's an amount that adds up over time of usage. Each bot does its own things so I have to create more than I would hope for. I really wish that one bot could do more, like one bot could do financial and insurance at the same time. For example I want to have one bot do insurance but also keep the budget and finances straight so I don't overpay for insurance,.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of spending too much time on all the different things that I have to do to keep my company up and running, The benefits that I have realized are that well, I have more time for myself and more time to improve on what I already have.

Choose the bots that are the easiest to set up at first, then move on to harder bots. This will greatly manage your time and give you the best results.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is easy to integrate with database commands. Image reorganization command is good which can identify the element even if the color of the image is changed. Best thing is automation anywhere is a useful tool for a RPA developer. It has a user friendly interface. It has many usefull commands like OCR, Excel, Object Clonning etc. and it is very good for web based application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Citrix task not perform very well because of OCR not powerfull.

Automation Anywhere improves business process outcomes and process agility in short of time.
