What do you like best about the product?
Integrations with excel, sql, eemail, etc.

The number of basic operations like date ops that are missing

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it helps the firms reduce the cost and increase the efficiency and provides accurate performance to its users at all the time without any errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Look and feel of the processes created using Automation Anywhere is not as good as Blue Prism. I feel BluePrism is readable with its FLOW CHARTS like representation of the processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Automation Anywhere we were able to automate the process creating Service Now tickets. This helped us free some of the resources who were able to focus on some creative activities rather than spending time on creating tickets manually.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a really good tools with features that would help you automate the boring and tedious manual work and focus on more creative activities which might help you better serve your client. Also the integration with other tools like watson is easy using the web service.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Automation and availability of wide range of commands in a single pane.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI - I am visual, so I would prefer to see the workflow of tasks in a pictorial form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am learning and exploring AA. Would be using in a Document processing related UseCase involving legacy system.

What do you like best about the product?
While automating anything via AA, I realized there is so much details given on the scripts we use.

You can automate anything and everything via automation anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface of scripts are little complex to read while creating long processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We reduced the workforce exponentially and using them in different areas where human intelligence is needed.

All the activities required for you automation needs is available in automation anywhere

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and easy to use interface for developing bots. Love the drag and drop feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a whole lot of integration options with SAP.

IQ BOT : Cogniiove Solution

What do you like best about the product?
Feature of IQ Bot is amazing for me as I have used other RPA as well but here Cognitive solution is amazing one. One of the feature which I like most is VAlidator here which is capable of machine learning and validate the document by it self just after putting right maaping in designer. Other one is Import and export migration. which I used frequently for my use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Enterprise (Client) is not available in cloud some time it is little disappointing me.
Apart of that in Migration utilities old version IQBA was not supported to new version so some time no use of it to work on latest versions. And this features is basically used only when you switched to new IQ Bot installation and want to use the old designer of Learning instances and Bots to use.

Also some times I felt Client (Test Bots) are not a user frendly need more training and education. Also need to add more actions and functions there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a QA specialist for IQ Bot and used it daily to test its functionality and features. As of now we are not using is for any business solution we are using it to give support to Automation anywhere to enhance it features and functionalities bug free. As we are using it to test the IQ Bot and its features and APIs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As of now as a QA for this product I found that IQ bot needs to move to cloud and which is a on going process at present.
