The product could use a few more features. A filter on the action commands would be helpful. Some more built-in .NET integration would be helpful too. The amount of scripting needed to calculate dates (today -x for example) and reformating seems a bit much. The Control Room doesn't feel, for me, as intuitive and functional as the actual AA client. Replacement of antiquated software that is not nearly as capable of automation scripting as some of the newer RPA solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing structuring of sessions with enough coding as well as architecture focus.control room part was very useful to architect a solution. Enjoyed the business analyst part for deciding which solutions to start with for RPA implementation. I could even complete my certification in single attempt

Nothing it was all too good. I really liked all courses I took

How AA is better in terms of Automation tool than other available tools
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Automation Anywhere is that it allows maximum actions/tasks with all the available command lines in a drag and drop manner. It also allows the user to perform actions which in other tools might need extra programming hand. For me writing the workflows using these available objects was as easy as pulling the objects and performing the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there is not a lot to say in this section I might come to a point where the interface may have been bit more concise in terms of usability. A lot of options are not available in your community edition control room which makes it harder to go ahead with actual real-time experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the Automation Anywhere agents to develop customised workflows that cater a web scraping and pdf scraping to generate specific reports

Progressive interesting Slides. Courses can be done is stages picking up from where you left off. This help to complete it within people's day-to-day activities.

Some aspects are repetitive such as the introduction.

We are still in the planning/learning Stage at my site. However Solar are improving many financial processes.
Easy RPA tool to work on
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is east to work with compared to other RPA tools i was introduced to,in our company we using Blue Prism to automate our processes which requires to design a lot of objects. With Automation Anywhere you just do screen recording ,which saves us a lot of time and enable us to automate many processes asap and that it is integrated with cognitive technologies.
What do you dislike about the product?
From tool we are currently using in our organization there wasn't much to dislike about Automation Anywhere,but from training point of view I disliked is the limitations on the platform .

Aged calls for call center in a spreadsheet ,with more than 10000 calls a day

I would recommend it to other,I even recommended it to my boss that when our licencing with the current vendor expires we move to Automation Anywhere
You can save time with RPA.
What do you like best about the product?
Rbot can do routine works and you can save time. Daily reports can be prepared by robot. With the web interface, you can collect and report information from websites. You can create a work order via which tool you want. It is possible to create work order via robot on different tools.

Everything seems good right now. I didn' t see any difficulties yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating work orders via robot. We analyze network clearing codes via robot. Identify the subscriber status from all network equipment’s (CS, PS etc.) to summarize current situation. This will help us to reduce initial action time to see what exact situation for this customer is. Completion of automatic and scheduled tasks on screens with RPA solution.

A Powerfull tool that automate the human activities
What do you like best about the product?
IQBot is the most powerful tool that I worked on. The tool is helpful to share the human workload in terms of daily activities i.e an HR work can be automated for daily work activities. By creating a learning instance one can upload 150 invoices together then the system automatically creates different groups and do the classification of the different invoices and place them in respective groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scope of improvement is there in IQBot. Sometimes it is not able to detect all the fields in an invoice or an handwritten document or invoice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working as a performance tester for IQBot and not dealing with business problems directly. I detect performance issues of the application and convey that to the concerning team to resolve them. Team fix the issues and then I do regression testing. The same process we do with different builds.

One can go with this who is looking for a tool in RPA.

What do you like best about the product?
What i like most in IqBot application is we can pick any domain of document and it easily process it and automate the process with its efficient AI and machine learning usage.Now in the new version of it we can use it in various languages with its multi language supporting functionality .
What do you dislike about the product?
The latest version of application is not stable yet as we got some UI issues and synchronization issues in it.
If we add a certain domain and there are different type documents in it so it is not able to efficiently process them.
