Great Web Based automation, Limited Work-space Automation (AS 400, Advanced Excel Automation),
What do you like best about the product?
It is best suited for doing simple to moderate web based automation (web-scrapping) , simple excel automation (sheets consolidation), email trigger automation; best results derived in simple rule based tasks such as sending attachment in email, consolidating files, extracting tables from website. Workload management is an excellent future built in to operate 24*7 options. Control Room has good features to export events (Bot Based, Client Based, IP Based). Bot Insights is (Analytics) track good to have metrics such as cycle time
What do you dislike about the product?
It fails in moderate to high complex business cases such as extracting data from multi dimensional excel arrays, intelligent loops to extract information from website & especially in AS 400 based applications (key stroke logic). The control room features are very limited such as; only 200 events can be exported in CSV at one selection. Bot insights (Analytics) are reports doesn't solve for business intelligent metrics & analysis is not predictive such as lead time between clicks. Bot has a limitation in running infinite loops (Captcha, Data in division format).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At Freight forwarding business, data dynamics is the key. We deal with Unstructured, Machine readable repetitive clerical data; insights from them needs to be real time. With Automation Anywhere we have achieved the best use case for Cargo events tracking, which helps our core business to plan the supply chain with the Customers, Ocean Liners, Air Carriers, which brings in more resilience to business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Improve better automation features in IBM I SERIES (AS 400), advanced excel functions (Meta BOT) to automate complex excel logic; additional intelligence in web based automation solutions.

Autonate everything, wed scrapping, data for bot from internet through scrapping, a good AI platform yo explore

No proper learning path in the website, needs to improve proper path to learn

Avoiding manual efforts, extracting the data in a proper format from the sites for data analysis

Increase the productivity by reducing the efforts and saving the time
The design seems rough and not very functional
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Automation Anywhere for a couple of years and it worked very well but I think it stayed in time and its competitors gained ground, it has a very friendly interface and it is easy to learn how to use it because it offers free comprehensive training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Automation Anywhere lacks a better orchestrator because the current one doesn't deliver what you expect, the design seems rough and not very functional, although it's easy to design bot with it, it can be improved in the automation based on images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Although it is not what I look for in an RPA software, it has served me well to speed up the delivery of reports and do many tasks in excel that I had been postponing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I do not recommend it for complex tasks, only simple and repetitive tasks can do a great job.

1. Tool is very flexible when compared to other RPA tools.
2. Complex business processes can be automated and optimized for better performance.
3. BOTs can be deployed on multiple terminal servers for better efficiency and thus helping in cost reduction

1. Licence is too expensive
2. There are multiple licence cost for Control room, BOT licence even for IQ BOT.

Automation Anywhere a good RPA product
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simplicity of the software. Automation Anywhere gives a lot of functionalities to create a bot. We have just drag and drop commands to program the bot. It is very easy. More over, it is secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact of not being interfaced with Github for the moment and we can't choose the principal browse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation anywhere let me win a lot of time to complete, compare and fill out forms. I can now focus on other tasks.
A tool easy to use and necessary
What do you like best about the product?
AA is a tool easy to use and necessary to do the cumbersome work of office, that repetitive work that we do not want to do and sometimes postponed, so I like Automation Anywhere, also offers comprehensive training and free to users in a very attractive website.

I haven't encountered any problems, he takes care of a good part of my work efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my company is responsible for basic tasks such as data updating and file management, sometimes design bots for shorter tasks and used only once, helps me greatly to improve my performance and accelerates the delivery of reports by doing the repetitive work of extracting and copying information.

A software that does tasks for you, I definitely recommend it for tedious and long administrative work.
Automation Anywhere is the answer for Process Automation
What do you like best about the product?
AA helps in Automating various processes within legacy systems in organizations. It comes with a blend of options and gives ample scope for quick automation if proper pre-planning was done. Enterprise version is pretty useful and easy to explain with clients. We would be more delighted if we were offered additional bots at a less price rather than the existing pricing standards. It is a pleasure to watch the bots in action as part of the Automation processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now there is nothing in AA which I dislike as we are working on the application for few of our clients and the number will grow for sure in the days to come. We are still looking out for options to identify resources for the support services from our end to clients for the initial and second level customer service escalations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As of now we have done work around PO automation, Vendor management, Claim processing demo is one more work we have done recently.

Multiple options available to choose from, ease of utilizing the software is pretty simple

We faced some issues in AS400 system .currently we are using a work around. Hope it will be resolved soon
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time to completion, best use of resources and people allocation, error reduction on repetitive tasks. So far error reduction and time to completion show improvements, resource allocation still under evaluation.

Automation Anywhere is complete RPA tool. Before starting people should do feasbilty study & ROI study on the process. Also POC with Automation Anywhere team help us identify the which process are automatable.
