What do you like best about the product?
Currently I am a QA and implementing business processes which is executed once on weekly basis manually and executing it usually takes 5 man days of effort.More over though we are not directly applied ,but we will surely implement in near future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere though available easily but it's completely new to my team members and we need expert to give training to new folks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The division of bots based on the capabilities. Meta bots, Task Bots, IQ Bots
What do you dislike about the product?
The need to do coding while gui based with enhanced drag and drop feature would be more beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated quite a few process which has helped in saving few FTE effort

I like it because it improves my performance and makes the delivery of my reports much earlier than usual, I like its interface and the facility to program bots when you need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to me that it is a very useful software but that was surpassed by its competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Automation Anywhere a couple of years ago and I find it a very useful tool, it helps to lower the workload by taking care of tasks that before were performed by employees consuming man hours and subtracting productivity, it takes care of essential and long tasks without making mistakes, accounting spreadsheets and external apps involved for better optimization of work.

Improves project turnaround time and is easy to learn to use, recommended.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of usage, the free/community edition version to try before buy model and the underlying power. I have frankly used scripting based automation on various repetitive tasks but once you start using AA, the same script which you wrote can be replicated into a simple bot with flow of tasks you need to perform. Also there isn't much scripting or coding knowledge required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UI elements can be enhanced for user friendliness. Also there are layers on the UI/IDE which needs to be learnt before making use of it to the full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating password reset process, HR policies FAQs/process and some basic but very frequent 'file copy functionality' of some applications. In addition to the actual implementation of the solution, one of the challenge we faced was to schedule based on a trigger. In our scripting based solution in UNIX, we are using CRON jobs and for other triggering uses, we are using Control-M. However the inbuilt scheduler of AA is almost as good and user friendly as legacy solutions. We are mostly having attended bots, but are slowly moving towards completely independent (un-attended) ones.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Being the "market leaders" is not a simple feat. I've personally used other RPA tools and the power and the flow I've seen with AA is just amazing. Just go with these guys, you will not regret anything if you main aim is to automate basic mundane tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I like its interface but it is a software that has lagged behind in updates and functions, many competitors have emerged that have done better things, I think it has great potential but it is not what I look for in an RPA tool today.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the orchestrator really malfunctions a lot of times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been using Automation Anywhere for some years now and I must admit that it's a useful tool that automates a wide variety of tasks, allows you to program bots that perform tasks for one, I have automated accounting and administrative tasks of all kinds, sorting invoices and receiving checks for authentication and sending.

It is a very good software for simple tasks, although in more complex tasks leaves much to be desired.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is user friendly tool. object cloning and the way you can move the mouse and either go to a particular point or go to an element. That's very easy and intuitive in Automation Anywhere... If I need to mimic a human behavior, I will use Automation Anywhere.It has three bots Task Bot,Meta Bot and IQ Bot.

Data scraping is difficult compare to other tools

mostly code flow is very complicate to understand compare to other tool , only we can develop the code using particular activity so that is very difficult to code. so developer not able to gain more knowledge from this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
while scrapping the element is very difficult to scrap so in that time we move to metabot or IQ bot method.
