What do you like best about the product?
How the ROI period has been < 6 to 12 m, the full audit trail feature, the details around IQ Bot, the application of the AA tool for clinical studies, the genomics insights. The feature of computer vision and image extraction were the ones I liked the most
What do you dislike about the product?
The session was more or less impeccable for me, however a preread and access to sandbox server can be more useful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for Pharma GXP validation, SAP Gate pass entry issues, managing vendor payments through ERP's.

What do you like best about the product?
That all the tools you will need to automate a process are found within the same platform, IQ bots is a useful feature that allows reading pdf or documents without structure in an easy way. Integration – The ability to integrate with different systems and technologies, is a core capability of RPA. Strong integration capabilities can lead to more robust, quicker and effective automations. Exception Handling – The ability to robustly handle business and technology exceptions within the tool, and referring to experts where judgement or manual activity is required, is an essential component of RPA. This means errors during automation can be easily detected, circumvented, and in many cases, automatically resolved. Where this is not possible, or where a process has been designed to require a person to review and take action, cases are passed into a separate queue and visible in reports. With solid exception handling, the orchestration of automation in the workplace can operate in a smooth and reliable fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Automation Anywhere is that the queue system is not that robust, an alternative solution is to use a sql table in a data base and log everything there.

The portal to learn is really useful and provides everything to discover the potential of the tool, reduce time and human error, standardize processes for clients and increase the value. Higher Quality Services: Fewer mistakes and errors mean better customer service.Greater Compliance: Business processes can be set to operate in accordance with existing regulations and standards. Increased Speed: Processes can be completed at unprecedented speeds and services delivered faster, due to the reduction in handling time of robots. Increased Agility: Reduced overhead and the ability to accommodate new or changing process rules. Comprehensive Insights: Improved efficiency by digitizing and auditing process data. Reduced Costs: Manual or repetitive tasks are carried out by RPA software at a fraction of the cost. Employee Experience: More interesting and less mundane, manual work means increased staff productivity and reduced attrition.

An easy way to understand the RPA world. Security - RPA deployment will almost always mean that sensitive data is being processed.

I liked the capturing the human desktop interactions and the OCR features.

The trainings are a little tedious and time taking to have hands on the tool.

Well coming from an Application Support background there are numerous areas where I can use the bots like Application Health monitoring, Cleaning of files on server, Restart of services, Password Change for users etc.
Best tool to automate repetitive mundane task with simple user interface
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of using the tool and more commands to automate simple and medium complex tasks. Web based development environment and platform independent feature makes it more competitive to adapt

direct support for .net data tables to fetch information or update the information from and to application. more built in variable types

Automate accounting process for accounts receivable which directly impacting client with minimize the errors, maximize the accuracy, reduce turn around time

It is one of the best automation tool available in the market with great tech support team to assist and list of partners available in each location to enable & help you in your digital automation journey. Company's vision and product road map is practical and confidence in achieving it. Cloud enable and platform independence, web based, support to embed external scripts for advance ML like google, azure, aws, Python and R etc helps in addressing more complex use cases with ease. More scalable deployment architecture, integrated BOT Insight analytics, BOT store, reusable BOTs are key features helps in managing the overall AUTOMATION environment more efficiently and simple.
Easy To Automate
What do you like best about the product?
I found Automation Anywhere simpler than I expected. It's templates supports many of the common tasks that are required in day to day working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs High configuration machines, it does not work well on I3, 8GB machines

The Cognitive AI and the Bots. UI is better.

Nothing as of now. The awareness campaign can be better though.

The fact that boring tedious tasks can be automated so easily. It is a great product and the learning process is interesting too.

That the trial version expires every 30 days.

Automated many tasks which include using Excel, Pdf, extracting data from various websites.

IQ bot has disappointed in the usage as the promised ML tool didnt work properly in live environment
